polite staff, clean room, will book again

I couldn’t not fault the hotel, I amazing stay the staff were very helpful and friendly too. Hotel is right by central, easy access to pubs and restaurants. The room was fabulous too OMG I didn’t wanted come home. :( I had room service I had pasta bolognaise which was blinking lush I wanted another one.

8 mins from station by walk, not too far good breakfast, but no free water.

Very nice, clean hotel. Very convenient location right opposite the castle and a 5 minute walk to the centre. Definitely would recommend if visiting Cardiff. Staff were very friendly and a welcome Welsh biscuit on arrival was a very nice touch 😊

Enjoyed the stay. Holiday inn never dissappoints, and I really appreciate their hospitality. Great service, good food , excellent rooms, and great view of the city. Loved the stay , and would recommend anyone travelling to cardiff

地理位置可以，挨着城堡，旁邊就是卡迪夫城球場，缺點設施有點老化，還不如很多的Express呢，臨時一晚可以

非常棒的酒店，推薦👍就在城堡對面，走過去不遠就是City center Queen's Street，不論旅遊購物還是休閑放鬆休息，都很方便👍酒店底樓自帶餐廳和酒吧，早餐可到店購買，自助，做的不錯👌煮蘑菇，焗豆子，烤腸和Christmas Ham 😋雞蛋煎的恰到好處。我們還吃了一頓晚餐，兒子點的主菜是煎海魚，我點的主菜是芝士Pasta, 正宗！芝士濃郁，麪片兒柔軟吸飽汁水，但形狀完整，並沒有坨掉，廚師在用心做菜👍
