Great location near the tram station close to restaurants and coffee shops a good money to value with a satisfying breakfast

Extremely Poor value for money. Staffs are generally nice and seem doing their best with limited resource. However, whoever own or managing this hotel are ripping off customers. It cannot be a four star, let alone be a four start. I've been travelling around the world going many places. This can not be a five start hotel at any regional or international standard. We took three rooms for children. We found rooms have stuffy smell, may be due to poor ventialltion system and poor maintenance. Bedsheets had stains. In one room, bathroom lock was broken. So man came and spent 1 hours but could not fix it. Room service lady doing her best and did well to keep the area clean. No dryer, no iron and not enough items in bathroom What is terrible is their food preparation and hygiene. Although I paid them for full board, my children mainly ate out because the restaurant food was dull and limited. I've seen people buying food from restaurant are offered a good variety. We are left with same food in lunch and dinner. Even the shocking thing is that the meat they served in lunch left for people to eat in the dinner. Dinner was not cooked separately. Soups prepared in the morning seems served through out the day until 12 at night. That said the stuffs in restaurant very pleasant and the morrocan lady specially came to say hello, which is positive. One of the reasons I booked this hotel is to use their pool. But it was so disappointing. Pool water not changed at least for days, so smelly. We never went back to pool again through out our stay. I felt that owners are very greedy and put huge pressure on their staffs, which are a few, to provide services to standard they cannot meet with bare amenities.

I think 3 ⭐️ is more than enough, internet is VERY VERY POORLY ACCESSIBLE ( it reminds me with 1995 DSL service ) I had to go to the coffee shop shop

Surtout pas manger dans cette hôtel. Une très mauvaise expérience.

A very well managed property, recently renovated with great rooms, comfortable beds and cleanest toilets. Thevrestaurantbis fabulous with great breakfast spread, also catering to Europeans beside locals. Lovely local spread to add to the delight. The coffee by Zakaria, who looked well after us, was exceptional.

We were on a tour and this place was our 1st hotel that the tour operator reserved for us and dinner included in the hotel. Arrived in the evening, we checked in and went for dinner there. We were not late but the foods were badly picked over. The staff served us bottles of Coca Cola, we finished eating and walked out, they ran after us and demanded payments for the drinks. Future travellers beware and don't be scammed like they did to us. Ask for the menu and prices when they offer you drinks.

We stayed one night in Room 407. Room – Cons 1-The bathroom had some mold in the shower (see photo). 2-The trash can was dirty (see photo). 3-The mattress had a stain (see photo). 4-No shower towels were provided when we checked in; we had to request them. Room – Pros 1-The bed was comfortable. 2-Free Wi-Fi. 3-Amenities included hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, two free bottles of water, and coffee/tea. 4-There was a fridge and a safe. Location The hotel is centrally located – we went for a coffee nearby and also found a supermarket. Hotel Grounds 1-There is an indoor swimming pool located on the lower level. 2-The restaurant offers buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 3-There is a Baby Foot table (5 MAD per game) and a PS5 (we didn’t try it). Buffet We only had breakfast and dinner (Which was included in our package or it would cost you 149 MAD per person for breakfast or dinner) – both were decent. Note that drinks, including water, are not free. Overall Impression The New Hotel was good and the service was friendly, but there is room for improvement. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

This hotel was awful. On arrival we were allocated rooms that had not been cleaned nor made up and full of rubbish from the previous occupants. There were no alternatives so we had to wait over an hour for the room to be prepared. In fairness, the room was not too bad once we were able to get in. An hour later check in we were handed back the wrong passports and were left to try to correct this by finding the owner of the documents. We found one of our passport lying unattended on the check in counter where anyone vould have taken it. The buffet meals were remarkably average.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. On the second day, I got food poisoning from the restaurant. The food was not fresh, the same dishes were repeated for lunch and dinner, and the bakery section had flies all over it. My teammate also got sick from the food. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the towels were old and worn out. To make things worse, one night the ceiling started leaking water. When I called reception at 11 PM, I was told there was no one to fix it and that I either had to wait until the next day or pack my bags and change rooms myself. This hotel has very poor hygiene, maintenance, and customer service. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Lovely rooms with modern facilities. Great thick curtains that allow for a very good night's sleep considering it's on a busy street. The hotel is a dry hotel, which is not an issue, but we were not aware of it, so it was a bit disappointing not to be able to have a drink at the end of a busy day's touring. The spa seems good, though the range of treatments available is restricted. The food was , frankly, awful at dinner time, but the buffet breakfast was actually very good, so you have to take the rough with the smooth I guess. It was the only hotel we stayed in on our trip that provided free bottled water which was much appreciated. The staff were lovely and attentive. Overall, I would stay again. Just be aware of the dry nature of the hotel if you intend to book.

AirCon. in room is just a warm fan, very dirty rooms. Hotel parking is for 2 cars, you must park away about 1km. Restaurant only by cash. Better choose something else.
