"Arrived 3pm checked in to find my room dirty Pooh in the toilet dirty towels on the floor bed slept in carpet dirty, staff behind the bar shocked cleaned the room and gave a complimentary bottle of wine, a nice gesture, was informed breakfast from 8 till 10 went down at 8 no one about again at 8.20 and again at 8.45 where I met the lovely Becky who explained the managers were not answering her calls and there are no staff chef waitress etc to open the dining area, very kindky Becky made me a breakfast and a mug of tea which I had to eat outside by the bins on what is best described as an entry, Becky was fantastic her attitude manners and personality helped ease my frustration, however dirty room no dinning facility no condiments etc and eating in an entry just a bad experience ! A young Scot’s girl was also trying her best to help and she deserves some gratitude. Needless to say myself and other guests all agreed they would nt be returning again"
