位置很好，就在郵輪碼頭，有很好的陽台，房間內部設施真的很差，客廳窗簾是拉不全的，反應了也是沒用的，浴帽等也是不補的，早餐還行

酒店環境還是很不錯的，步行10多分鐘就到了夜市，那裡的甘蔗汁推薦，還有廣場表演也是很不錯。另外，贊下酒店早餐，很滿意，小朋友們都很喜歡

前台的亞裔男是個**，這個酒店最大的問題是前台。另一個問題是沒有拖鞋，要了一雙就沒了，澳洲幾乎所有的萬豪都配拖鞋了，真不知道這家酒店在高傲什麼。但不得不説除了前台兩個貨，其他的服務態度還是不錯的。

太差了，這個價格不值當付款這種檔次的房間，住過最差的一個香格里拉。前台服務很差，都是用麼經過專業培訓的留學生。對客人不尊敬。接待衹是完成任務。那麼好的地方和位置，出現了這種低級服務和設施的酒店，大名鼎鼎的香格里拉也該檢討你的服務。再去凱恩斯絕對不會入住香格里拉
