部屋は綺麗で、目の前にショッピングモールがありアクセスも最高でした！ 帰りのタクシーの呼び出しも協力して下さり、とても親切な対応でした。

A big unit with a huge outdoor area A realy nice stay in a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Not what we were expecting. We arrived at the property on a Saturday. Office was closed. Office hours are Monday to Friday - this was never communicated to us prior. When the proprietor let us in she couldn’t find our booking, it appeared our booking had been cancelled despite it being paid for in advance. We were advised that luckily she did still have a 3 bed apartment available. The apartment was in Beaumont on Spence. We were expecting Clarendon on Spence, which appeared to be much newer and nicer in the photos. When we got into the apartment, while the bedding and bathrooms were clean the items in the kitchen (cutlery and crockery) were not and the floor was dirty. Very disappointed with our stay.

シャンプーやトイレットペーパーが足りず宿泊日にち分あれば尚更良い。ティッシュペーパー等も欲しかった。 食器や道具などの設備は色々備わり非常によかった。

Old apartment complex - we got put in Beaumont. But it served its purpose and was easy to walk to the marina, groceries and the Esplanade. a few strange things like the side lamps had no light bulbs in them, and the kettle leaked, and no basic cooking items like salt and pepper or oil, and no bathroom shampoo and conditioner, so the Woolworths over the road got a good workout.

The staff were very helpful, accommodating and warm. The apartment was spacious with a wonderful outdoor sitting area for morning coffees and evening dining. The apartment also had many appliances which was great eg NutriBullet for smoothies and an air fryer. There was a door handle that didn’t work properly but they fixed it as soon as it was mentioned and they appreciated being told. Overall the apartment was fantastic, the location was great and we had a wonderful family holiday.

Good position. Well equipped kitchen. Would benefit from a service when staying for a week.

早目のチェックインもさせて頂き大変によかったです。 ５人で利用しましたが　部屋・ベッド・トイレ・風呂の数の多さに感激でした

The floors were very dirty. The furnture was torn and uncomfortable. The kitchen was not well stocked - the plastic glasses were dirty and the selection of utensils was poor. The internet was turned off unexpectedly for a significant length of time and was a serious inconvenience. Overall, the apartment looked very tired - morel ike a hostel than a vacation apartment.

早めにチェックインさせてもらえて本当に助かりました。 シャワールーム側の3面が詰まっていて使えませんでした。 洗濯機と乾燥機、食洗機のおかげで快適でした。 ただチェックアウト時受付が閉まっていて本当に困りました。 （営業時間内） いない時はどうするか説明しておいて欲しかったです。 飛行機の時間もあるので焦りました。 結局謎のおばあちゃんが現れて電話して、鍵を預かってくれたので事なきを得ました。
