"Täysin erinomainen jääminen. Huone ja hotelli olivat täysin puhtaita. Huoneita varusteet olivat erittäin hyviä, rautalauta, rauta, hiustenkuivaaja, pyyhkeilyvaatteet, lisälauta ja keittiö, jääkaappi, paljon kahvia ja teetä ja maitoa kahvinkeitin myös. Vesi jääkaappi. Upea näkymät makuuhuoneesta JA kylpyhuoneesta. Televisiovalinta oli erinomainen Netflix jne. Ei voinut olla syyllinen. Aamiainen oli pois tästä maailmasta!!!! Ensimmäisen luokan palvelu ja ruoka. Valintakuormat Jääköön sinne taas ja ONLY sieltä nyt Kiitos Janelle, joka tuli sisään."

"Kirjallinen huone oli kaupankäynti erityisesti, koska vain yksi toinen oli siellä! Henkilöstö oli hyvin ystävällinen ja tilat olivat hyväksyttävät. He olivat laittaa fani huoneessa myös lämmin sää. Vain 2 sokkia yhteisessä huoneessa, kuitenkin. Ei USB sokkeja jne. Suihku oli hyväksyttävää, mutta se voisi tehdä korjauksen."

"We booked our stay as we were going to the Opera House on the Friday and decided to make a weekend of it. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and having heating that worked was a great bonus! The breakfast choice was good - continental was a good range of cereals and yogurts, fruit; wholemeal and white sliced bread and toasters that worked :-) there was a good range of jams and spreads and freshly baked (cold) croissants - these were delicious. The first day I had the full English and my mum had the bacon and cheese oatcake. The food arrived piping hot and was good quality. The second morning we both just had bacon and poached eggs (the eggs were perfect!). On the Sat night we ate in the restaurant and again the service was excellent! I had the steak and ale pie which was delicious and the best pie steak pie I've had in years! My mum had a starter for her main as she wasn't that hungry - she went for the prawn and noodles. It was actually quite substantial. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the excellent service and location - 10 min walk or a very cheap taxi ride into town or the station. My mum was having trouble walking so we had to get a taxi from the station (and back) and also to and from the Opera House - each journey was just £3.50. I would recommend using AtoZ cars."

"This is my best hotel experience, I was waited on my Vol who bless him tried his best to provide all I needed even gave me tips on how to get around the town. Their breakfast was top notch, was served as if I was at the Ritz’s Hotel. His wife was the chef and my God, she was good l, very large portions. Packed some in a lovey box, see pic and made hot chocolate to go as I was in a hurry for two day. God bless you both🥰🙏 Thanks again, will surely come back❤️🤎"

"The room (No.3) is excellent in its appointment. This has been tastefully modernised. Five stars for the room and its furniture. However… I was warned that weekends can be ‘noisy’ That is putting it mildly. I stayed for Friday night and Saturday night. The room faces onto the busy main road. Bars aroubd pulsed loud music into the wee small hours. It cannot be described as ‘restful’. In fairness I was warned by the owner. Perhaps Sunday night and mid-week nights are better. I would have given 5 stars throughout but have marked down location and amenities to reflect the noise."

"Exactly what I've come ot expect from PI. Good clean, large comfortable room and a plentiful tasty breakfast. I would have preferred to have a bottle of water in the room as the temps were in the 3o's"

"Hyvin hyvin sijoitettu huone, jossa on paljon huomiota yksityiskohtiin. Vastaanottohenkilöstö on erityisen ystävällinen ja avuksi. Vaikka ravintola oli vain aamiaista, kun vierailimme maanantaina ruoka oli erinomainen ja valinta laaja. Vierailisin varmasti taas!"

"Huone on suuri, sänky on suuri, vanha talo, hissi voi mennä kolmeen perheen, kiinni, sängyt ovat tylsiä, mutta ei korkea tuki, mutta eivät liian pehmeä. Huoneen tunnus on kaaos, yhteensä yli 30 huonetta, kerros on puoli päivää etsittävä. Vesihummeri on erotettu kylmästä ja kuumasta vedestä, seinällä on murtumia ja vesipöydän, käytävällä on vihainen sade.Hotelli on hyvässä ympäristössä ja aamiainen on hyvä."
