En voinut olla ajattelematta: "Onko sinulla uima-asu päällä?" Miksi se oli täällä? En koskaan ajatellut, etteikö sitä voisi käyttää edes kylpyammeella. Huonekuvista ei käy ilmi. En ole varma, ovatko kaikki tämän tyyppiset huoneet samanlaisia, joten tarkistathan asian ennen käyttöä. Toinen haittapuoli oli vaatekaapin tangon sijainti. Se oli korkealla. Yläsin siihen tuskin ojentamalla käsiäni, joten mietin, mihin korkeusvaatimuksiin ne perustuvat? Ajattelin, että se oli hankalaa."

"The hotel was a simple one but enough for us as a family. Clean and had all the the necessities. They had no bath towels but provided enough face towels, but we brought our own disposable towels, so it wasn't an issue. The room would have done better if there was a washing machine + dryer and utensils+cutlery. But they had a few microwaves at the reception area so it was OK. The receptionists were helpful and were conversant in English. Even when it got more challenging, the translation apps helped. The location of the hotel was the draw! Right at the heart of Haeundae, it was bustling and there so many food stalls, halal ones too, and the night market. When I return to Busan, I would definitely make this a first option for a stay."

"This trip was beyond satisfied with how this hotel was. It was easily the best hotel I've been to so far. The location was very convenient for all modes of transportation (subway, taxis, and walking). Nothing ever seemed too far away. The hotel personnel were genuinely the best people I've ever had help me out. They were trying their absolute best no matter what minor issues I had. Explained the rules in an easy manner, showed me how to use the app and access it to get in and out of my hotel (never had to use that before which was insanely interesting). Great people overall. The balcony garden area on the fouth floor was absolutely superb. Didn't really visit the other places (restaurant, gym, and lounge area), but the fact that the garden was so beautiful already tells me that the other areas are just as gorgeous"

"Very happy I changed from hotel at Samyeong to Busan station Ramada Encore. Super convenient to take Korail. Bus stop just a 1-2 min walk and taxi right at door step. Had an early flight to catch and at 4am+ few taxi waiting in line. Other drivers in queue help to load luggage into the boot and open door etc. The city bus also at door step. Ferry Terminal to hotel just few mins and hotel to airport about 30 to 35 mins, the time i took."

Room had a nice view of the seafront but was smaller than expected and there were no proper bath towels (smaller face towels for showering were given) and no option to clean the room for longer stays.
