"Great location - within 10-15 mins walking distance from most of the main sites. There’s also a metro station about 4 mins walk for visiting the other sites. It’s also a 4 mins walk to the meeting points for most tours. Hotel room - double bed was actually a double bed! :) Not two singles put together. Good amenities provided such as disposable slippers, shower gel, separate shampoo and conditioner, hand gel, body cream, face towels. Surprisingly no bathrobe was provided given the Hilton name but still a good hotel room overall. Cleanliness - generally clean but have knocked 1 star off because a couple of the towels had other people’s hair on them when I arrived. However these were replaced with clean ones during room cleaning. Staff - good level of spoken English and understanding. Most of the staff were friendly. They were able to accommodate my request for a quiet room. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its convenient location."

"I’ve stayed at this particular hotel number of times before it was rebranded and rebranded hotel name to the current new one.. i wasn’t to sure what to expect since this hotel only reopened 9-10 months ago with new owner… I was pleasantly surprised very little had changed with the interior design from the previous owner… some changes had been made. but still left me feeling pleased, since I’ve stayed at this hotel 15-16 times previously when it was named DoubleTree Hotel.. The room I stayed in room 407 was spacious, clean and no sign of mould in the bathroom. (which is good sign of good maintenance) . but the air conditioner wasn’t working, but I was told it wasn’t working because maintenance.. but during my stay from 6th to 8th March, it was warm and sunny. and it got extremely warm in the hotel room and during the night.. and a bad point to note, the hotel is situated at a road junction, busy road and next to tram/truly buses.which you can hear in the hotel room rumbling by… but has Ive stayed at this particular hotel lots of time previously. the traffic noise from outside I was already fully aware of, but I thought I’d mention it.. the breakfast had a wide variety of choices, bakeries, fruits, cereals, hot foods, salads, dairies, juices, wide selection. I had muffin/small type cake and it tasted stale. so hopefully the hotel can address this.. but apart from that, breakfast buffet got a large selection. and I look forward staying at this hotel again in October/November.."

"For those not used to the way these appts work check in was a bit awkward, esp if you didn't set up your esim properly first abd are new in town. The key is in a small black box on the rails outside the door. Apart from that the amenities are top notch the location not bad around 10 mins walk from the old town"
