"We booked a Deluxe Room, which was actually the lowest category of rooms in this hotel. As a result, we got a room facing the inner courtyard, which was not nice at all. I checked and found that on each floor, only two rooms do not face the beautiful square — which was the main reason I chose this hotel in the first place. That said, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the room’s equipment were good. However, the TV was old and couldn’t read my USB drive. :-( Finally, room service showed up around 3 PM, which was no longer convenient for us. I only asked for two clean towels, but the maid didn’t understand English. All in all, I’ll think twice before booking a room here again when I’m next in Brno."

"The room has a terrace, which is very convenient for drying clothes! However, the bathroom faucet is positioned too low, requiring you to bend over to wash your hair, which is a bit tiring! The room doesn't have air conditioning, but thankfully there's a fan, which is helpful when it gets too hot! There's a children's playroom where kids can have a great time! The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality food! The front desk staff were very helpful in resolving my issues, but at check-out, they mistakenly gave me a previous guest's parking fee slip, saying they had already charged my credit card – I was terrified! There's a bus stop (number 44) in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to get to the city center!"

"The hotel is old but good, they offer a lot of complimentary stuff starting from a present at the reception and a bottle of vine in the room to apples in front of the elevators and a glass of sparkling wine at the breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like is that the radiators didn’t work properly and it was quite cold in the room, and the rooms facing the city were a bit noisy, but with a nice city view. Overall, good quality for money paid."

"This place is a cheap stay and a unique stay. If you’re looking for prime comfort look elsewhere. If you can handle basic amenities for a night or two then absolutely try it as it’s an experience. A few points worth making: - there’s a 24 hour reception - the Wi-Fi actually worked excellently - showers are old skool but warm and powerful. You must pull a chain to keep the water running but I’ve had far worse showers in hotels. - Bring your own toiletries as nothing provided. - toilets were simple but always clean - room was clean - air is damp stuffy but not so bad that you can’t sleep in it etc (my clothes did smell mildly damp when I left) - my room was surprisingly big and full of communist era paraphernalia. - I’m tall (191cm) and the bed had a bar at the end but actually I just about fit in without it impeding me which was good. - bed wasn’t too uncomfortable actually but then I do quite like slightly harder surfaces to sleep on. - pillow was a bit rubbish, sleeping bag old but ok. - Towel was old but fine. Hard to dry in the damp tunnel. - bin in every room and I had one plug socket. - Light not turned off in hallway at night and it came through the door glass window so you won’t get pitch black at night or anything close to it. - key good and security code used to enter accommodation so it is secure. - free self guided tour of the bunker included in price. - breakfast included in price but I never made it as it ran only 8-10am - check out 10am It was great value to be honest and I expected far worse. I wouldn’t choose this place if you expect to spend any time in your room but if you’re out exploring a lot and just need a bed + you’re mildly adventurous then I really recommend."

En vieläkään ymmärrä, mikä on ongelma tarjota yksinkertainen pullo sairaalle vieraalle."

"Worst apparment I have booked in years. Poor communication, hard to find, yet very central. Does not look like in the pictures: everything is a little off like broken toilet seat and shower holder. No hand towels. Bedsheets are too narrow so they keep coming off all night. In summer, it's hot in the apartment and keeping the window open means a lot of noise from the pedestrian streets. Only one key! This place has nothing to do with "luxury" (as they call themselves Luxury Apartment). Basically it was clean, but poorly maintained. Parking they offer is very shady and expensive. AVOID!!"

"Clean and nice bathroom but the strangest hotel we've ever stayed in. Communication was poor, I emailed as needed to check out a day earlier but never received a response. So ended up paying for an extra night we didn't use ans thus confused the receptionist as we checked out. Our room was extremely hot, windows don't open and the view we had was the metal heating viaduct. Once we'd fathomed the air con, it worked well Our room also had a huge concrete pillar in the middle and a concrete ceiling. It made me wonder of the hotel was previously a multi story car park. The exterior is really modern, there's not much nearby but the tram stop is only a few minutes away. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Sadly it's not a hotel I'd choose to stay in again."
