"I have booked two rooms , but when I arrived there they want one more room payment once more. Why they want this crazy thing because they can not find my second room’s payment record . But I have credit card receipt about two rooms payment record. So I have claim to them this issue and request my money pay back asap. But no return not yet . What happen to me and trip.com and hotel company???? It is terrible thing and shame on their business quality record. Pls pay back to me my money"

"Hotelli on kaupungista ja poissa paikallisista kaupoista. Mutta sisäänkäynnissä on bussipistooli, joka voi viedä sinut kaupungin keskustaan, päärautatieasema jne.. Kun sää oli kuuma, ilmastointi ei ollut hyvä, mutta jalankulkijoiden fani toimi hyvin. Huone oli tilava suuria ikkunoita ja hyvä päivittäinen puhdistuspalvelu. Jotkut pieniä ongelmia oli ratkaistu nopeasti."

"We stayed for two nights in junior suite. We chose it for the spa which then was out of service due to fire incident so we did not feel like trying it when they reopened. The walk to the city centre is about 20 min and similar time to main train station. Although room was on the main road it was not too bad and quiet at night. Aircon worked. Room was spacious, with two bathrooms and two toilets: one with shower, the other one with bathtub. Unfortunately water was lukewarm to warm so not suitable for actually taking the bath… Breakfast was fantastic with fresh ingredients to make yourself a juice - I have never seen it in any other hotel so big plus. Also there was an omelet station. Restaurant and brewery is worth trying for their own lager and modern twist on Czech classics. Overall very clean hotel of excellent value and I would return. We got welcome drinks."

"This pension has a very good location in the middle of Brno Namesti Slobody. Our room was on the 3th floor with an escalater. Room has a little kitchen with a can, fridge, cooker and sink. Three beds we had were tidy up, the mattraces were very comfortable, what I can't say about the pillows. The bathroom was small,toilet sink and shower courner together, with hairdrier, take your shampoo... We slept for 2 nights, place was quiet,but not next doors on the floor what wakes you up. The breakfast are in your room on a small table, the staff hangs for you some bread on the outside of the door else you get in the fridge. I prefer better cleaning ... the enter places and floor were so dirty. The location offer a lot of restaurants shops and close Square full off shops also close to a tramcar and Square Zeleny Trh."
