"The small hotel room is not big but quite cozy. The old lady boss is very enthusiastic. We arrived very early in the morning, thinking that there might not be any available rooms to check in. The old lady said that you should have a cup of coffee in the restaurant first while I go to see if there are any ready rooms, so she asked the waiter to bring us two cups of coffee. Before the coffee was finished, she came back and said that the room was ready and you could go to the room after you finished drinking the coffee."

"The hotel reception staff explained the hotel to us in fluent English, so we had no complaints about the service. The hotel does have an elevator, but it's old-fashioned and somewhat scary (because it doesn't have automatic doors on the inside). Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have air conditioning. Given the unusually hot summers caused by global warming, they should consider installing one. In fact, the day we stayed, the daytime high reached 34°C (we were looking for coolness on our summer trip to Switzerland!), so we had to go outside to kill time."

"The hotel looks nice but the service is strange. They say they are friendly but they are wrong. They answered incorrectly about skiing spots and thermal waters. I couldn't switch the TV to programs. The employee answered that she doesn't watch and doesn't know. Press different buttons. Try. A strange answer. There is no kettle even on request. Only a coffee machine. Overall it's tolerable but I won't go again as my expectations for an expensive hotel were not met."

"Beautiful hotel inside with lovely traditional decor throughout. Rooms are actually very modern inside with superb multi headed shower jets! . Lovely large rooms , huge bathroom and very comfortable beds! Staff were lovely but my main recommendation would be to try the restaurant and if they still do it the duck. Wow, best food on our trip around France, Switzerland and Italy . I would definitely recommend this hotel . Only stayed overnight so can’t tell you anything about Brig!"
