Сотрудница ответила, что сама не смотрит и не знает. Нажимайте кнопки разные. Пробуйте. Странный ответ. Чайника нет даже по запросу. Только кофемашина. В целом терпимо, но я больше не поеду ожидания от дорогого отеля не оправдались."

"Very nice and warm boutique hotel. The deco and furniture are authentic and tasteful. The staff are kind. We are offered a welcome drink. The breakfast was good. Made to order omelette was very yummy. The downside is my room was facing the bar next door. People sang till after midnight."

"We got there at 9.30 p.m. while it was raining and the self check-in didn't work! Nobody was around and we had to manage to call the hotel emergency number and enter the hotel with help from remote through the phone. When we finally got into the small room we wanted to take a shower and we find out that there was no hot water!! At least the morning view of the castle was good.."

"We arrived 1pm at the hotel and the reception told us to come back after 2 hrs. However, she suddenly told us there is a room available and gave us the room key immediately hence we were able to check in earlier and rest ealier at our room. We were very happy with their service and prompt arrangement."

"The hotel reception staff explained the hotel to us in fluent English, so we had no complaints about the service. The hotel does have an elevator, but it's old-fashioned and somewhat scary (because it doesn't have automatic doors on the inside). Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have air conditioning. Given the unusually hot summers caused by global warming, they should consider installing one. In fact, the day we stayed, the daytime high reached 34°C (we were looking for coolness on our summer trip to Switzerland!), so we had to go outside to kill time."
