"If you’re not used to this kind of place, it can feel like you’ve wandered into the set of a low-budget horror film. The guests had a certain... permanence about them, like they’d been haunting these rooms longer than any ghost ever could. My room featured a rug with dark stains—let’s call them "mysteries"—that could’ve passed as dried blood. Naturally, this set the stage for a night of sleep paralysis and vivid nightmares. I’m not one for believing in ghosts, but if there’s ever a “******* Hotels” series in the works, this spot would make the cut. That said, let’s be fair: the location is solid—right across from the beach. They even put together some kind of continental breakfast for the brave souls venturing out in the morning. The staff? Welcoming and resourceful, working with what they’ve got. All in all, this place is a no-frills, budget-friendly crash pad, perfect for those who can handle a little grit with their ocean view."

"Great hotel on ocean front direct beach access , close enough to Melbourne airport for quick taxi transfer . A little corporate in style but cool pool and terrace seating . Dawn and sunrise from room or few steps in fresh air"

"The hotel facilities are a bit dated for a Hampton Inn. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. Our room wasn't cleaned the first night because, apparently, cleaning begins on the second night. Parking is charged even though the property is open. In short, it's a poor value."

"Cosy hotel with a nice breakfast which had good variety. The location is also good for someone doing a trip to Kennedy Space Musuem and then wanting a place to stay."

"Greeted with a friendly smile and got a clean room. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned the next day. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels."

"Overall room 105 was good however what looks like mold in one corner of the front of the shower and dirtiness of the other corners both inside and outside need some serious cleaning and bathroom smelled moldy. Staff was great and very informative especially about the rocket lift off without us even asking the same evening of our stay. Would definitely stay there again however"

"It's not very clean, but at least you don't have to worry about bedbugs There are three easily accessible restaurants nearby, and there are many marts and fast food restaurants 5 minutes away by car If you need to save a lot of money, I highly recommend it"
