Anthony's on the Beach

We were booked May 2, 2026, to stay at the Anthonys's on the beach, which I booked through USAA. Our flight was supposed to leave at 3:00 pm and land at 6:00 on May 2. Our flight was cancelled and rescheduled to fly out at 8 pm. We attempted to call the hotel, but no one answered. We landed at 11:00 pm and had an hour ride to Coco Beach. Upon our arrival at Anthony's, it looked run-down and was dark. As we got out of the car, a man from Germany came running up to us, screaming to come look at the cockroaches. The man stated he tried to call the phone numbers on the door, and no one answered. We tried to call the numbers as well with no answer. We had no way to get into the room. I also tried to call the phone numbers, and no one would answer. The man staying at the hotel took my husband over and showed him the roaches running on the floor and even one in the bed. We tried to call again and still no answer. We had to take an Uber to another hotel and pay to stay there. I called the numbers when I returned from our cruise, and they stated that I should have called to let them know that I was going to be late. I told them I did call, and no one answered. They refused to give me my money back. USAA called them, and they called the people at Anthony's, and they still refused to give us our money back. BEWARE BEFORE YOU STAY HERE. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

nice location. nice access to beach. room was clean. coffee creamer seemed ancient. soap dispenser in shower was removed so there was no soap and conditioner was almost empty. sheets were scratchy.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a few days as part of a trip this place will do. Many people I talked to stay here before a cruise or on their way somewhere else. Everything is done online, not much in person contact. Older place, but they’ve managed to make it work. Beautiful beach, says they have beach chairs, but they are old ones you can take to the beach or you can sit on a wooden patio in better chairs. The beach itself is awesome! The room was clean, nice shower, ok bed, perfect for our 2 night stay. Doors are key lock that were a little different and parking was free, unlike many other hotels I checked out. I love that ******* includes all charges, including taxes, so you know what you’re getting right up front. I’d definitely stay here again for a short stay.

Always a nice stay. Staff free check in and very simple. We really enjoy our stays there.

No view, but if you walk a short distance you won't need it. You will be in the view! Impressive as to how the refurbished an old motel and improved it!

We really enjoyed our stay, excellent location. The room was a bit basic but it was clean and had everything we needed, the the access to the beach was fabulous along with the roof terrace. It was a super vase for out 2 days in Cocoa Beach :-)

Room was small but very clean. Loved being on the beach but missed the amenities of a big hotel. Would stay again.

This had everything I wanted and needed - the walk out right to the beach was perfect and it was in a slightly more secluded area. Rooms were basic but nice, I appreciated the nicer shower. The check in and out process was super easy.

We stayed in Room 114 and immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odor. There were also live roaches on the floor — we saw four during our short stay. Due to cleanliness concerns, we left after 1.5 hours. Management never responded to our questions, which made the experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend staying here.
