"My choir, Talgarth Male Choir, stayed at the hotel from 22nd - 25th September, 2023. There were 48 of us, so not a small party, but they coped with us admirably. It is a well equipped, beautifully decorated hotel with very helpful staff. The breakfast was outstanding!"

"The hotel is an Ibis Styles, ok, but the kindness of the two ladies at the reception makes it enjoyable as a Novotel and even more. Everything is very well organised and clean, the internal parking is a bit cumbersome but nothing to worry about. Nice sea views from the top floors. Bravo les dames!"

"We flew to the store very late from London, a lady warmly received us, the room was clean and warm, the bed was very comfortable, one big and one small bed suitable for families, we slept well."

"This hotels location was extremely convenient. Right in the middle of Brest close to all amenities. It was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast every morning was good. We stayed for four nights. Customer service however was questionable. The lock on our hotel room was faulty, our keys would only work once, allowing us in to our room, but each time we left it wouldn’t allow us back in. We were on the 5th floor so this was inconvenient as we’d have to go back down to get another key. The man at reception accepted that it was the fault of the door, but unfortunately after a while we started to feel like a nuisance. Nobody addressed the matter or in anyway tried to compensate us for our inconvenience. Also when we told him the cleaning staff left our hotel room door open, he said that he would alert them to their mistake, but otherwise showed indifference to their error and to the care of our belongings. Such a pity"
