If you want to explore, take an e-bike cycle to Malcesine castle and have gelato by the harbour or go further afield in the hotels own Fiat 500. We wired up the Apple TV, to catch up on Boxsets, and even took in some live music at the Hotel Eden next door. Thank you to the whole team for making this such a rejuvenating trip."

"Se oli hyvä oleskelu. Pysäköintiprosessissa oli absoluuttinen virhe. Ilmeisesti ne ovat varattuja paikkoja ja jos tulet myöhemmin päivässä sinun täytyy pysäköidä ulkona. Tämä ei varmasti ollut selitetty tai korostettu. Hotellissa on hyvin puhdas ja kaikki perustarpeet. Lähellä oleva baari elävällä musiikilla oli varma bonus!"

"This lovely hotel on the edge of Lake Garda is a gem! The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfy; the views are to die for and the food was tasty and plentiful. A great base from which to explore, hire a bike 🏍 or just sit by the Lake or swim. (The Lake is crystal clear). Whilst the clientele was predominantly german, it didn't feel awkward as it can do sometimes and our thanks go to Deborah and Sophia for making us feel so welcome and making our stay so great."

"Kaunis näköala, hiljainen alue, kaunis oleskelu! Kaksi perusyhtenäistä huonetta, pieniä soveltuvia kylpyhuoneita, mukavia sänkyjä ja näkymät seinä/puisto. Oleskelevat lokakuussa ja lämmitys tuli automaattisesti, joten huoneet olivat lämmin ja viihtyisä. Hyvin hiljainen yöpyminen vaikka olimme hotellin takana. Jaettu terassi edessä oli kaunis näkymä järveen ja runsaasti pöytää ja tuoleja. Bar ja aamiainen huone sijaitsee erillään hyvin hiljaisen tien. Aamiainen oli runsaasti ja kaunis, mukaan lukien joitakin gluteeni vapaa vaihtoehtoja pyynnöstä. Naiset olivat erittäin apuisia ja ystävällisiä, aina ympäri, kun baari on avoinna aamulla klo 10:00. Tie järven ylös on melko terävä, joten kaunis järven näkymä!! Järven tie on pääbussitie pohjoisesta eteläiseen järveen, vaikka alue on hiljainen, on Despar vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Kaunis ja miellyttävä oleskelu, palaa joskus!"

"We have just finished a week’s holiday at this fantastic hotel. It is right by the lake in a relatively quiet resort on Lake Garda, but within easy reach of Malcesine by bus or taxi. You can get ferries from here around the lake. The room was excellent, fully air conditioned, clean, spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The staff were all friendly and helpful and we would like to particularly thank Adriella, Angelica, Khadim, Stephanie, Lara and Marie Sol who all looked after us so well. The restaurant on the top floor has lovely views of the lake if you are half board. We did B&B, the breakfast buffet served in Cafe Peler, had everything you could possibly want and was very tasty. We managed to sit on the terrace right by the lake on many mornings. Lunch is served in Cafe Peler and we can recommend the local wine. There are plenty of loungers by the lake, with beach access to be able to swim in the lovely clear waters (you might want some shoes to get in as they are pebble beaches). Whilst we did not use it there is a lovely indoor pool and spa facilities. All in all a great week and definitely one to recommend."

"I booked through a coupon and we had to postpone because we were sick. When I called to move our stay I was told that there would be no problem and I could choose the new date. When I later called to communicate the chosen date, I was informed that I would have to choose the date by the end of the month, 2 weeks. Your inconsistency led me to leave a bad review. I would have gladly paid a higher fee (as previously requested by you), to be able to see a place where we had never been. I am bitter that I was taken for a ride, if you had said things clearly right away there would have been no problem."

"Aivan huikea romanttinen hotelli pariskunnille. Olimme yötä Pavarotti-huoneessa, josta oli kaunis näkymä järvelle ja sisustus oli todella kiva. Sänky oli hyvä nukkua ja huone oli päätyhuoneena täysin hiljainen. Hotelli oli kaikin puolin siisti. Lainasimme hotellin vapaassa käytössä olevaa Fiat 500 cabriolet autoa (vuosimalli 1974) ja fiilis oli kuin olisi aikakoneella siirtynyt 50 vuotta taaksepäin - huikea kokemus. Lisäksi kävimme heittämässä fillarilenkin hotellin pyörillä pitkin Gardan rantaa. Ihana keli, ihanat maisemat. Yhden illallisen söimme hotellin Michelin-tähden ravintolassa ja se oli kaikin puolin täydellinen ruokaelämys! Voi suositella! Kylpylä on pieni ja paikan ainut miinus tuli siitä, että skandinaavinen sauna on vähän sinnepäin: puolet kiuaskivistä puuttuu ja "laude" on lähellä lattiaa eli jalat lattialla. Mutta annetaan tämä anteeksi - varmaan Italialaiselle täydellinen saunakokemus. :)"

"We visited Lake Garda with 9 other friends for a week of walking and sightseeing and stayed at Hotel Merano on a half board basis. All rooms for our party offered lake views with beautiful views from the balcony. The hotel rooms were adequately maintained and furnished and provided a comfortable environment for sleeping. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and should accommodate most tastes. We had 4 course meals each evening which were excellent and very filling. The bar facilities at the hotel were excellent and well priced. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. We did not have our own transport but were able to travel to Malcesine and Garda by bus and then pick up ferries etc. There were plenty of walks locally or using the bus. The private beach area and jetty across the road were very convenient as was swimming in the Lake itself We would definitely return another time"
