Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Toshkent

I got a good stay at this hotel. They assigned me to triple room even though I am solo and thanked them for that. Large beds, facilities working just fine and lovely and filling breakfast. Lovely young staff at reception are all welcoming and nice. Silent neighborhood, walkabale to parks, arena, and Tashkent City Mall. Shoutout to Said and the nice girl at the reception and all the staff. Good hotel and worth it overall.

Staffs are very helpful and kind.  Room was spacious which looks very luxurious and clean.  Swimming pool is enough size to swim and play withe friend’s kids.

Хороший отель: чисто, в номере есть туалетные принадлежности (щетка, паста, гель, шампунь), чайный набор, 2 бутылки воды, пополняемые ежедневно. Мини бар платный. Сауна платная, мы не ходили. Персонал говорит на русском, приятный в общении и готовый помочь. В ресторане под заказ готовили на завтрак каши: рисовая, манная, овсяная. Завтраки разнообразные: блины, яйца жареные, омлеты, овощи жареные, пицца, шарлотка…

Две самые крутые вещи этого отеля - постель (подушки, одеяло, бельё постельное, вот прям 10 из 10) и завтрак отличный с хорошим выбором блюд и большими удобными столами. Ещё понравилось перманентное наличие фруктов в лобби отеля, для ночного перекуса нам с дочерью было идеально. На ресепции все мега позитивные и отзывчивые. Расположение не совсем центральный центр, но такси в Узбекистане так недорого стоит, что это не проблема.

Потрясающей чистоты номера, очень грамотно оснащены всем необходимым (даже пилочка для ногтей, нитки с иголкой были в наличии) как в бытовом смысле, так и техническом. Отель открыл свои двери совсем недавно, но уже держит высокую планку. Хороший матрац - высыпались каждую ночь. Единственное, попросили дополнительное одеяло, администратор без проблем решил вопрос в считанные минуты. Интересный унитаз. Тепло. Есть тренажерный зал, который работает 24/7. Разнообразное и вкусное меню на завтрак. Цена на бронирование была шикарна. Хранение багажа бесплатное. Остались очень довольны выбором именно этой гостиницы в Ташкенте. Спасибо, отдохнули отлично:)

I booked this hotel stay for my elderly parents. As per my parents upon arrival front desk agent didn’t greet or acknowledge them. Also when I booked this stay I noticed that check in time was after 10 AM and check out was after 2 PM- I was surprised and I called the hotel to confirm this information and I wanted to let them know that my parents will be arriving earlier than 10 AM ( I was ready to pay extra if hotel wanted) but hotel representative told me that their check in time is after 2 PM and check out is by 10 AM in the morning-representative said he will “think of something”, that I shouldn’t be worried! I immediately called trip.com customer service line and I was able to confirm that because of my “Rewards” I was eligible for privileged check in/out times, so dear front desk agent Bekhzod if you don’t know please don’t give an impression that you are doing an exception / favour for somebody - it had nothing to do with you! Negative aspects: —-＞I booked specific room with brown furniture but my parents stayed in the same size room but with Grey furniture (just note You are not getting same thing as in picture here) —-＞ There were 3 shower heads in the bathroom and the main one( rain shower head ) wasn’t working! Positive aspects: —-＞ Trip.com claims that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator but they do and a nice, huge, mirrored one! —-＞ Cleaning lady and maintenance gentleman were kind and attentive. —-＞ Front desk agent Bekhzod was really patient with my mentally ill father and he is the one who constantly helped my parents to order Yandex taxi service ( Thank you so much ) —-＞ Breakfast was good but pastries were better —-＞ There is a supermarket called Korzinka nearby, you can just walk there! Overall everything was ok but I wouldn’t stay here for future trips to Tashkent

Here’s a polished 60‑word city‑based review: Staying in Zamin hotel was vibrant and full of energy. Bustling streets, diverse food options, and cultural landmarks created endless opportunities to explore. Modern comforts blended with historic charm, making every walk an adventure. The lively atmosphere offered excitement, while cozy cafés and parks provided balance. A dynamic destination that perfectly combined convenience, culture, and discovery.

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended. I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

A nice small hotel. The location is good , in 5-10 mins walk you can find restaurants, bars, metro. It’s not the newest building but it’s clean and you have everything in you need. Thx a lot to the friendly team to being so nice al the time :)
