"I was looking for a hotel close to a friend's house and took a chance on the Best Western Plus. The area I was in is known to me and frankly, I wasn't looking forward to staying in that area, but I am glad I did. The hotel is only two floors and as it is an older property it was suggested that I stay on the second floor for less noise. I did stay there during the week so that may have helped with the noise level.
The room was very clean and the view to the golf course was very nice.
The complimentary breakfast was very good, make your own pancakes via the machine in the photos listed.
A washer and dryer, coin operated, was available for use. A gym and a small snack area were also available.
**They do not have a shuttle, but are still close to the airport and right on the golf course.
A Chinese restaurant and an Irish pub were close by. I was told to try the pub, but thought I would go in for some American-style Chinese. Give it a miss. I should have. Irish next time.

Wi-fi IS available in the rooms. In the description it read only in the common areas, but it is free and available in the guest rooms.

"We were very pleased with our stay at Snoqualmie Inn. Even when I had to call and request a room change due to a party happening next door. Some kids were having fun next to us at 11pm. I didn't complain knowing it being the off season there would be lots of empty rooms. The front desk man was quick to understand and nicely up graded us to a huge nice suite. Actually he heard the neighbors when he brought our new keys up to us. Again I told him I didn't want to disturb the party, They were young kids having fun on their trip. We were just 2 old gals. Like my sister said ' we have already had our fun years ago' . Anyway we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend the Snoqualmie Inn."

"Had a long layout of 15 hours and booked this hotel to have a rest before a 13-hour flight at midnight. Arrived in the morning and the receptionist was extremely kind to allow early check in and upgraded my room.
The room is dated but clean. Bed is comfortable and the best is that free shuttle service to and from airport is available. Could use the service to go downtown from airport.
Overall, a great place with favorable location for a stay for long layout.

"My card key didn't work the whole stay. Something was seriously wrong with the key reader even the master key from the receptionist didn't work. It was really annoying constantly requesting a new one. I must've gone through 10 card keys. The gym was small but nice. Had a pelaton. Breakfast was fairly good as well. Pool was under matinence. No one ever picked up at the front desk when called. So just overall lots of inconveniences. One night I went up and down like 4 times, still the card key didn't work."

DDENICE0103The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, with a convenient location and front desk staff who are both professional and friendly.
The surrounding area feels very safe and pleasant, and transportation access is excellent.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay — highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

VVieraskäyttäjäThe best and most lowkey location if you wanna visit 90% of Seattle! Friendly and efficient check-in. Real cool lobby. I wish I had used it a little more. Didn't eat or drink there since I was meeting up friends for dinner around town. Several cafés in the area are worth treating yourself to.
Checkout was the easiest process I've ever had. Rooms look a bit cyberpunk/capsule hotel adjacent, but you sleep well and have pretty much everything you need [unless you need a desk for work or something].
Some things to note:
Lights are a bit tricky to dim since they cycle brightness. It would have been great to leave one light on and dim the rest with the power saving feature [also just to keep up the night curtain and lower the day curtain, so I'm not walking in a pitch black room after dinner].
Why not 5 stars all around?
The shower door didn't/couldn't shut all the way, so I used the towels to mop up the wet bathroom floor. Asked at kiosk for extra towels... they never came. At least the floor dried up before I left. Maybe if I made my request using the iPad, it would have happened. This obstacle made my stay not as good as it could have been, but I made do [there are add'l restrooms on the basement level, fortunately].

Conveniently located close to the Westfield Southcenter Mall and few other shops and food venues.
A complimentary airport shuttle is available from 4am until midnight.
Upon checking in, I was told that my payment wasn’t completed, while this was done and confirmed few weeks before arrival already. Even though I showed my confirmation in the Trip.com app, they couldn’t accommodate me straight away. Luckily Trip.com has a 24/7 help centre and they were able to help me sort out the situation immediately and accordingly. For this, I thank Trip.com and their representatives.
The lady at the desk told me she gave me a nice room, because of the inconvenience. I never asked for this, but it also turned out the room was nothing else than what I had already booked.
The fitness is small, but has quiet the necessary equipment for a good workout.
Very pricey for what you get, but since all accommodations are like this nowadays, I did not count this in my review.
I would stay again, but only after confirming my booking.

LLatawanI had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here.
Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.

We chose this hotel as our booked tours listed this also as pick up point. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Seattle Public Library. Eateries are nearby & walking distance to St. James Catholic Church. We had a good size, comfortable room with street view. Housekeepers were great & made sure we had what we needed. Great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!

However, The airport shuttle was a bit inconvenient. There was no attention and services to accommodate the guests’s departure. There were too many people who had to get on the shuttle and the shuttle was not almost unable to accommodate us all. Some had to sit on the floor and squeeze in between seats. It would have been convenient if the staff checked the departure time/need of the shuttles when the guests checked in so that they could have been arranged the shuttles sufficiently and efficiently.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit.
Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall.
The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.
