Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Manavgat

Otel konumu itibariyle hem side antik kentine hem şehir merkezine çok yakın, bu durum görece küçük bir alana kurulu otelden dışarı çıkabilmeniz için iyi bir fırsat. Ayrıca kaliteli bir konaklama da sağlıyor. Side’nin en güzel tarafı sahili, o bakımdan otel içindeki havuz bana hitap etmiyor zaten çoğu yabancı turist ile dolu olan havuz kalabalık da. Her gün plaj için temiz havlu imkanı sağlanıyor. Çalışanlar oldukça kibar ve ilgili. Ala carte restoranlar ise çok kaliteli. Otel ile alakalı söyleyebileceğim küçük olumsuz yorumlar şunlar olabilir: 1- Restoranda içecek almak için garsonlara sipariş vermeniz gerekiyor, garsonların sayısı da epey fazla yani sipariş için geliyorlar yanınıza ancak bu durum dar alanda oldukça kalabalığa sebebiyet veriyor. Misafirlerin içeceklerini kendi de alabileceği bir sistem kurmaları yemek alanını rahatlatabilir. 2-Sahilde şemsiyeler güneşten tam koruma sağlamıyor, bu da güneşlenmekten çok güneşte yanmaya sebep oluyor, tenteler bu konuda her zaman daha iyi 3- Banyoda misafirlere özel diş macunu ya da diş fırçası konulmamış ayrıca saç kremi de yoktu (ancak şampuan ve duş jeli mevcut)

This resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on. What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience. Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!

Пожалуй, это самый лучший отель из тех, где я бывала. Безупречно все: красивая ухоженная территория, идеальная чистота, невероятно вкусная еда! Блюда на завтрак, обед и ужин настолько разнообразны, что не получится попробовать все)) Овощи, фрукты, салаты, сыры выставляются с дизайнерским оформлением. Я в восторге! Сервис на самом высочайшем уровне. Отдельное спасибо за бутылку шампанского и корзину фруктов в номер в мой день рождения, а также за тортик со свечами в ресторане а ля карте в этот день. Было очень приятно!

This is genuinely a very classy hotel, well worth every penny. You will get the treatment you expect, staff is amazing everywhere, especially Safran restaurant, don’t miss to book it. Food is very good, buffet restaurant has everything and beyond. Premium alcohol and up to date rooms. Beach is well managed.

Paloma is very nice old hotel with beautiful view, we enjoyed “all inclusive” food & drinks. Room is fine, but very cold on February, we sleep with noizzy AC alnightlong. Matras is fine, but Towels is very old and grey even if they change everyday, cleaning room is “so so quality”, should be better in 5* hotel. Most of tourist there is elders from EU. At night Paloma arranged disco in bar. In hotel is great outside swimming pool which is only for view on winter because cold. Inside is small swimming pool not very good, uncomfortable, beds and changing room is old furniture and everything dirty, when we was there no stuff accompany. Bar and restaurants is very good, food is tasty. Hotel show collection of old cars. Hotel is nearby ancient town about 1 hour walk you can enjoy old street and temple.

Прекрасный отель, хорошая сантехника, мебель. Есть чайник, холодильник, кондиционер. Удобная, большая кровать. Вполне тянет на 4 звезды.

Хорошая пятерка, чисто, приятные мелочи в виде бесплатного вполне приличного Wi-fi на всей территории, пляже и в номерах, 2 ключа от номера, пляжная сумка, пополняемый каждый день минибар (соки, кола, спрайт, фанта, минеральная вода), хорошие мыло-гели. Горки и длинный бассейн, чистые общие туалеты. Повару отдельный респект, очень вкусно! Еды много. Анимация и для деток и для взрослых: дартс, аква-аэробика, степ аэробика, вечером программы, Море пешком в 10 минутах, ходит шатл, расписание удобное, бар на пляже, можно не уходить. Очень хороший песчаный пляж, пологий вход метров 30-40, отлично для малышей. Лежаки целые, новые. Вообще отель обновленный, гостей здесь любят и максимально стараются отдых сделать комфортным

Отель расположен через дорогу к пляжу, пешеходам проблема перейти дорогу - обозначенного пешеходного перехода нет! Если с детьми, то надо быть особенно осторожными. Питание неплохое, без изысков, годными не останешься. В номерах убираются плохо, пыль практически не вытирают, окна и пол на балконе после пылевой бури не мыли. Панорамные окна так и остались в пыльных грязных разводах. Пол в номере с водными разводами, грязный после «уборки». Полотенца меняют, мини бар пополняют ежедневно. В SPA хамам, сауна, хороший массаж.

This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good. That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English. Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room. Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid. If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.
