Beautiful space, well-designed🥰 Staff are polite, but do not go above and beyond. Hospitality was mechanical at best. They have a huge welcome area but it was not put to good use, even free iced water could help provide some comfort to guests on a sweltering day. Stayed at the suite but soundproofing was not great, we could hear our neighbours having a party after 11pm, which disturbed our sleep. Cleanliness - some parts overlooked, we found a used cup which was not cleaned from previous guests staying, and there were visible water marks on their seats. Breakfast area was perpetually crowded and always had long queues. Last but not least, please do something about the flies. There were houseflies and small flies everywhere. Ugh…

Tulin Pattayalle lomalle rentoutumaan ja hotelli oli todella hieno. Se on kaukana kaupungista eikä meluisa ollenkaan. Ympärillä ei ole paljon ihmisiä, ja Uber on erittäin kätevä ottaa mukaan, kun lähdet ulos. Hotellissa on oma ranta, jossa on paljon lepotuoleja, mutta vähän ihmisiä, ja se on paljon puhtaampi kuin Pattaya Beach. Hotellin oma ravintola on kätevä ruokailuun, joten jos et halua mennä ulos, voit syödä hotellissa. Uudenvuodenpäivänä on lohikäärme- ja leijonatanssit, erittäin tarkkaavainen!

Very very beautiful hotel with a lot of peaceful ambient. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortably. Staff was nice. I love the Steakhouse in the hotel restaurant.

We love this hotel and always come back. Best of all is the big and very clean and well equipped gym next door - only 30 steps away and included in the price. Seven eleven next door and free parking is also good and the staff is friendly. For money its really good value when breakfast is included in the price. The beds are comfortable and they clean everywhere. You can also borrow towels to the pool and beach.  Now lets talk about the beach. Sattahip has one of the most beautiful beach in Rayong area, Hat nang Ram in the military area. Only a 15 min drive away. You can easy grav a Bolt or if you have your own car. For Foreigner the entrance is 50B / px - so worth it! Clear blue water. Rent a carpet or sit under the three in a beach chain thai style. Really relaxing and Sea Paradise is convienente for this kind of visit.  Sea paradise is a 3 star thai style hotel without many foreigners. Its for people with a car of if you use Bolt. Its clean and has good muay thai teacher in the gym and good yoga classes. Pool is small but had some shadow. This time not so clean unfortunatly so we didnt use it but have done before. The sattahip area is under devoloping but still has it genuin autentic charm. Its easy to take Bolt to Hat Sai Kaew or Bang Sare Where You can find cool planes like Manga Hubba or Kept. In Sattahip you should try Everyday Friday and taste diffrent ice cream.  Ask for room in A-building. Remember it’s a 3 star hotel not 4-star so you have right expectations and you will be satiesfied. We had several rooms and enjoyed all of them.  What hotel can improve is to clean the surfare of the pool more often. Also give information at web site that gym is closed for new years 1 week. They Should also out up a sign in the reception about the good massage shop Next door and that Bolt is the best way to go around. They could also use LiNE instead of Wallin talkie for cleaning staff so you don’t wake up the customer so early in the morning when they start the cleaning and reception contact them. Or at least turn down the volymen in walkie talkie. Its good if they provide 2 Cards to each room instead of one. I think this hotel is really good and recommended it. The little lady in the breakfast is so cute and helpful.  Thankyou very much for this 8 days, see you soon again!

Очень дружелюбный персонал, всегда помогут и если что, так же можно попросить сделать завтрак или что-то другое - цена/качество хорошее. Кондиционер не холодный, мягко обдувает и не даёт простыть, одеяла и полотенца мягкие.

The private pool villa was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass on all sides, it created a bright and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway. The private swimming pool right in front of the room was a highlight, and the bathroom area was thoughtfully designed and very stylish. The bed was spacious and extremely soft, making it perfect for a restful sleep. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of tempting options. Although the hotel is located a little deep inside the alley, the overall experience was wonderful. All the hotel staff were lovely, warm, and welcoming.

This hotel might well have been a nice place when it was built last century but now it is in a desperate need of renovation, refurbishment or at least a good clean. The location is interesting, quite close to the beach and a small lively area with restaurants and massage shops, but unfortunately is located in a dark side street with lots of ferial soi dogs, and it seems that a few of these soi dogs actual live in the hotel. So if you don't like dogs better to give this place a miss. The general atmosphere is of a nursing home for poor foreigners, i am 63 years old at the time of writing this review and I personally felt like a teenager compared to the other hotel guests. The room had quite a nasty smell when I first entered, but fortunately dissipated after leaving the balcony door open for a few days. Bedroom furniture was probably from when the hotel was built, it is really showing it's age and compared with other hotels in the same area and price range is really not good enough. One evening around midnight, 2 men burst into my room. I honestly thought I was going to get robbed, but it turned out to be one of the hotel owners and a drunk German guest. The following day I enquired at the reception what happened, it seemed that the drunk German had told the hotel owner that my room was his. How can you open someone's room without first checking that details of the room's occupant first. I found this to be quite shocking, nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Next up, this hotel has an outrageous policy about blood stains on the bed clothes, I have been fined 1000 Baht / 30 USD for a thumb print sized blood stain. And 1700 Baht for a small stain on the bed clothes and a very small one on the pillow case. If I had permanently damaged the bed clothes I would be happy to cover the replacement costs, but these costs to remove small blood stains on old bed sheets is disgraceful. I hate to think what would happen if a lady has a problem during her menstual period. This hotel also has a ridiculous amount of rules and penalties with sign posted all over the hotel. They say this is a resort, but I feel this is far from the truth. It just a hotel with a pool and a restaurant and a bar. No more services. Not a resort, just the last resort The only reason I would stay at this hotel again is if all the hotels in a 100 km radius are full and then I would be very wary of coming here again.

Good property, but just away from Pattya main town, spacious room and bathroom, nice pool, breakfast in ocean bistro is best we had in our this Thailand trip,the staff Mr Ken is very helpful, h e help us in lot of ways, overall good experience

Services for sleep eat and going enough. Hot water sometimes closed, it's need recheck electric switch. Shower better make near bathtub, for can put hot water, if normal not warm.
