"I am so incredibly glad I decided to spend a few nights at Toscana Valley and even more grateful that I chose this particular hotel. It exceeded every expectation I had and was honestly even more beautiful than the photos online. The moment you enter Toscana Valley, the atmosphere completely transforms. It truly feels like stepping into a charming corner of Italy. The hotel’s ambiance is amazing, European-themed music gently playing in the morning, serene landscapes everywhere you look, and countless picturesque spots perfect for photos. Our room was stunning,  spacious, immaculately clean, and so thoughtfully and tastefully designed. Everything inside the room felt just right, from the décor to the comfort. I also have to highlight the shampoo provided because it was so good I actually bought some to take home with me! The breakfast buffet was wonderful, offering plenty of delicious choices. And across the property, there are multiple restaurants and cafés, so you’re never short of places to enjoy a meal. There is also plenty around the hotel: golfing, biking, scenic walks through beautiful views, feeding the fish, working out at the gym, and simply exploring the different areas of Toscana Valley. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for animal lovers. And now, the spa! Honestly, it was the single best spa experience I have ever had. For such a reasonable price, we were given an enormous, beautifully decorated room with a charming old-European theme. The amenities were perfect, and the massage itself was absolutely incredible. I celebrated my birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. My husband told me later that they literally ran around late at night trying to find white roses for my surprise even though none were available at the time. Somehow, they still managed to put together a huge, gorgeous bouquet. That level of effort and kindness genuinely touched me. The hotel also offers a very convenient free shuttle service connecting the three main areas within Toscana Valley, and they arrange it on request, which made getting around so easy. But what stood out the most was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. Their hospitality made a beautiful place feel even more special. I had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I am definitely coming back. Without a doubt. I loved this place so much."

It’s just a short stroll from the lively local markets and within walking distance of “Banmai Chaynam”, a must-visit restaurant for an authentic and delightful dinner experience. 🥘 I suggest this itinerary: 1. Check in at the hotel 2. Enjoy afternoon tea on the balcony 3. Early dinner at Banmai Chaynam and explore the place 4. Walk to NomSomboon for desserts 🍨 5. Next morning enjoy breakfast at the Hotel 6. For lunch, Head over to Moo Deng Suphan2 (walking distance) 🏡 A Cozy Escape: The staff greeted us warmly. The well-maintained garden, filled with lush greenery ⛲️, adds to the peaceful atmosphere. There's also an on-site café ☕️ , perfect for unwinding with a cup of coffee or tea. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. a soft, comfortable mattress and plush pillows—a dream for a restful night 🛌. "Our first visit to Khao Yai couldn't have been better. Lacol Khao Yai is incredibly convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff provided excellent service, and the room was absolutely fantastic. We loved the refreshing atmosphere and the full range of amenities provided."

"Resort very clean and full of old culture of Thailand, if really great , but just only one problem is when we arrived to hotel the electricity is didn’t get and they don’t have second plan for this problem so we need to wait until 5 pm for electricity and air condition . Breakfast for set menu is also nice and good"

"Money for value hotel.  We ate at the Italian and Thai restaurant in Movenpick next door.   The service staff are very nice  The lady staff on duty not only deliver our bfast boxes as well as seeing us off at 5am on the day we checked out. We stayed 5 nights.  Only blemish is the hotel had a blackout and water shut off on Sunday morning 6 am. We learnt that it was a blackout in the whole area not the hotel Alone.   The downside of this hotel allows people to hold mini party at the bfast  restaurant alfresco dining area. The party goers had karaoke in the process and the noise were too loud for residents in rhe Tower C.  This is one area the management should look into as the crooners were out of tune ."

"All good but we were disappointed with the management where we had email informing we need a packed breakfast to-go as we have very early flight next day and we informed them again during checkin. The message didnt pass to their team. End up we didnt get the breakfast pack as our booking is included breakfast. But we saw other guest breakfast packets at the counter. Very disappointed and will not come back"
