"We enjoyed our trip to the Santhiya overall. The hotel should do more to advertise its evening entertainment options - in particular their singer (who introduced himself to us as Ringo) - he is absolutely brilliant. The hotel is also a short 5 minute walk away from the town, which has a number of great food, drink, and souvenir options too. For further options, particularly for authentic Thai food, we would recommend heading into the town. Big shoutout to Ellis who was working at the Ao Po Grand Marina upon our arrival - he was incredibly welcoming"

"I recently stayed at Koh Yao Yai Village for 3 days and overall had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was a real highlight – a wide variety of delicious options, fresh ingredients, and something new to enjoy each morning. Whether you’re into Western-style breakfasts or local Thai dishes, there’s plenty to choose from. The pool is absolutely amazing – spacious, clean, and with stunning views that make it perfect for relaxing during the day. Definitely a standout feature of the resort! However, during our stay, there were ongoing renovations, which brought some noise during the day. If you’re planning to spend time in your room during the daytime, be aware that it might not be completely quiet. Despite that, the overall atmosphere, service, and facilities made it a memorable and relaxing getaway. I’d still recommend it, especially if you’re out exploring during the day."

"We recently enjoyed a 2 night stay at Cape Kudu and we loved it there. Highlights - The staff: Super friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From the front desk, to restaurant waiting staff, to the housekeeping staff, to the managers… everyone seemed genuinely welcoming and there to support our every need. - Ambience: The hotel was beautiful - from the pool & restaurant with their gorgeous sea view, to the thoughtfully decorated clean & bright rooms, to the gorgeous spa, everything felt designed to help you relax and unwind in peaceful surroundings. We loved the vintage cars parked outside too… and the beautiful flowers all around… The whole place was just 🤩 Other things we loved: - It was my partner’s birthday & they put a cake in the room for us - The food & drinks at the restaurant were delicious - The musicians (restaurant had live music) were great - The spa was beautiful & we both enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing massage there - Easy to arrange transport (scooter rental right next door & local taxis available for getting back to the pier) Areas for improvement: - The pool in the room needed some maintenance, specifically the top rung of the ladder was missing, which made it difficult to enter and exit the pool"

"This hotel lives up to it's name, absolute paradise! It is so peaceful and relaxing with many activities on offer if you want. The daily yoga on the beach was a highlight! The food at the restaurant was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast had everything you need and more. One small thing to know is that it is very remote, so if there are any snacks you would want, you might want to stock up before you arrive."

Aamiaistyyppejä on hyvin vähän, ei viiden tähden tasoa, vaan pikemminkin senioriryhmien ryhmäateria kätevässä hotellissa. "Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße, die von der Hauptstraße abgeht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der freundliche Empfang, wir hatten ein Standardzimmer, sehr sauber, Safe vorhanden, täglich, wenn gewünscht, frische Handtücher, es hatte eine schöne Größe und wir hatten das Glück, ein Eckzimmer zu bewohnen, das dadurch ein Fenster mehr und eine kleine Terrasse zusätzlich hatte. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, zusätzlich hat es aber auch 2 Pools. Das Hotel bietet aber auch einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service zu einem der angeblich schönsten Strände der Insel an. Das Hotelrestaurant bietet ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück iin Buffetform, das Einzige: die longhi Kaffeemaschine braucht seine Zeit. Auch die Essensauswahl des Restaurant ist bestens. Wer sehr sehr lärmempfindlich ist,:...da direkt am Hotelstrand ein Pier ist, wird dieser gerne von Rollerfahrern genutzt um einmal darauf zu düsen, ganz witzig es sich selbst mal zu tun :) Ich empfehle allgemein für Thailand immer Ohrenstöpsel dabei zu haben (auch für die Speedboots) wir konnten hervorragend schlafen."

"Great hotel to just relax and chill. Staff were all fab as was the service. Pool villa was great, right on the beach with a fabulous view. Ate in the restaurant every night and had some good Thai meals. Tiki bar was good for watching the sunset during happy hour."
