Destacar la amabilidad de todo el equipo humano, desde Ines en el ckeckin, Patricia y sus compañeros del desayuno, Bruno en el checkout y cada una de las personas que trabajan en el hotel para cuidar hasta el más mínimo detalle. Los pequeños detalles marcan la diferencia respecto a otros hoteles El hotel inaugurado hace unos meses se caracteriza por su diseño único, centrado en el arte. Está perfectamente decorado pensando en todos los detalles. La habitación es muy cómoda, incluyendo el mini bar gratuito, cama muy grande y cómoda, suelo radiante, etc. Dan ganas de quedarse en la habitación y no salir. El desayuno a la carta es espectacular, elaborado con ingredientes de la mejor calidad. El hotel está a 2 minutos caminando del metro y a 10 minutos caminando del centro de Oporto. En una zona tranquila con muchos cafés y restaurantes. Totalmente merecida la calificación que tienen, aún deberían tener más. Si volvemos a Oporto, repetiremos. De nuevo, gracias a todo el personal por atendernos siempre tan bien. ¡Sois los mejores!"

"The room was very spacious, with a dining table and chairs, as well as a full set of kitchen appliances, including an oven. There was also a large TV and a separate shower area. The check-in staff, a lovely young woman wearing glasses, was extremely helpful in every aspect—she even assisted in arranging for a technician to cut off the metal lock attached to my luggage, for which I am very grateful. I would also like to thank the technician, as well as another check-in staff member who kindly allowed a late check-out. The staff here are incredibly kind. Although the breakfast selection was not very extensive, the food was of good quality and delicious. The staff in the breakfast room were attentive and took great care of the guests, promptly refilling any items that ran out. Housekeeping did an excellent job, keeping the room clean and well-organized. Overall, I was very impressed with my stay here. Every member of the staff provided outstanding service and a warm welcome."

"Generally, it is a good hotel for living but you may need to climb a little bit to get to there from the metro station. Anyway, it is close to the city centre with a fair price. Besides, we have faced the issue with our room card for several times, but the good thing is the staff is friendly and helped us for fixing the problem."

"Не понимаю восторженных отзывов. По мне средний хостел. При бронировании была одна цена, при заселении сказали, что произошла техническая ошибка и запросили 10 евро доплатить сверху. Т.к. добиралась до него долго и сил искать новое жильё не было, пришлось оплатить. Считаю недопустимым такое отношение к бронированию. По сути это квартира, переделанная под хостел. Внутри темно, даже мрачно. Света не хватает, окна постоянно закрыты жалюзями. Кому-то может это нормально, мне не понравилось. Внутри комнаты, 2 санузла, кухня. Уборка нормальная, помещение чистое. Ресепшн на месте только до 17 часов. Можно заселиться дистанционно. Не понравилась постель- простыня в катышках с волосами. Как будто её не меняют. Расположен далеко от достопримечательностей, пол часа минимум надо идти пешком."

"Location: The hotel is located within walking distance from the Campanha Train station. However, if you are walking to the hotel please be noted that there is a uphill slope. Ambience: The hotel has a relaxing vibe with a nice outdoor verandah at the lobby. You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon with drink. Restaurant/Food: The food was amazing. Simple Portuguese food. The service was great too. Staff: Counter staff was helpful and approachable. Room: The room was clean and spacious with a view on the verandah. Basic amenities provided. Highly recommended if you prefer a relaxing accommodation. enjoyed my stay here"

"An amazing hotel! I was so impressed with the decor and the cleanliness and above all... the staff! They were pleasant, accomodating and even gave us an upgrade which was just incredible! I want to especially thank the following wonderful staff members who made our 1 night stay so special... they should be commended for their HIGH CUSTOMER ORIENTED persona! Very rare to find these days. The people I would like to thank are: Debouc, Fernando, Andre and Joao! Absolutely wonder human beings who treat customers with respect and dignity! I fould this hotel along with another one in Cascais to be TOP NOTCH when it came to hospitality! I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to everyone I know. "The room wasn’t bad. It was a cute bed and breakfast. However, we there were misc. hairs (not ours) that we’d find regularly in our room and the shower was extremely tiny. The door to the bathroom would sometimes trap us and the other would need to open it from the outside. Overall, not bad for the price. Just a few things to note."
