"I will definitely book here again, in my future visit to BGC. The location is good, very clean rooms with polite staffs and guards. The lobby may feel cramped since there are a lot of guests even in the waiting area for elevator. A hair dryer is also available while press iron (for clothes) is available upon request. Over-all experience is great. I booked same day and still got a good deal and value for money."

"Over all very good the ambiance of the room very cozy we really like it my daughter she is happy. We enjoying every second of our bonding. Hope next time for the pool section have batch towel to be use by guess. The receptionist hopefully more friendly and hospitable. The play room is very nice and clean. The food hopefully have ala cart specially the Pinakbet (veggies)food. Again our over all stay is very good we will comeback again. More Power...."

"Excellent service and kindness! The staff was very helpful and accommodating to some of our special needs. Also, they were extremely generous with allowing us to use their refrigerator! Each room was spotless! This place could even be better if it had a work out facility!"

"The stay was not very comfortable. The room was very noisy due to the street and the very bad isolation of the balcony door. The first night we did not sleep. Then the isolation got fixed but it was still not really quiet. One morning a dead cockroach was lying next to my wife’s bed. The room service once set the table under water and when I came back my computer was in the water. There was only one room card for two people. Then the water cooker did not work and I had to ask for another one. The worst was the smell of mold coming from the air conditioning. The best was that there was a fine of 10,000 Pesos for smoking in the room. So at least there was no cold smoke from previous smokers. I don’t think that we will ever come again even though the location was convenient. It was also not a low price for this kind of quality."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. You could be able to see Mt fuji on a clear day! The staff is very accommodating and my check-in was smooth. The station is 10 mins walk from the hotel and there are convenience stores nearby the hotel."

"Hotel Review: Brittany Hotel BGC (Stayed October 1, 2025) I booked Brittany Hotel BGC purely for convenience since my appointment at the KVAC Korean Visa Center was scheduled the next day—and it happens to be located inside the same hotel. The property is also right beside SM Aura, making the location a huge plus. Parking & Check-In Parking was free (validated upon check-in), though spaces were very limited—by noon there were only a couple left, so arriving later might be tricky. Reception staff were warm and attentive, and I appreciated that my room was ready before the official check-in time. The lobby itself was modern and pleasant. Room & Amenities The room was clean and the bed comfortable, though far from five-star quality. The carpet in the hallways looked old and worn, which cheapened the overall feel. The bathroom layout was practical, with separate areas for toilet, shower, and sink, though the hairdryer placement made it awkward to use. Amenities were basic—kettle, beverage fridge, and coffee sachets (which were very poor quality). I ended up buying coffee at 7-Eleven instead. Small maintenance issues like chipped walls were noticeable, but not a dealbreaker for a short stay. Service Staff were consistently polite and greeted us whenever we passed by. The in-room phones weren’t working, but a QR/Viber system was available for requests, which I didn’t end up needing. Breakfast Breakfast was decent overall (7/10). Options included pastries, an egg station, Filipino dishes, congee, and noodles. I enjoyed the garlic rice and local dishes, though the pastries felt a bit stale and the bacon/ham weren’t great. Coffee from the percolator was watered down but still better than the sachets provided in-room. Overall Impression If you’re after convenience—especially for KVAC appointments or quick access to SM Aura—this hotel works. But for the price point, you can find more premium stays in BGC (e.g., Ascot or Seda). It’s not a bad choice, just not one I’d recommend for a staycation or if you’re after luxury. For me, it did the job because of the location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) – Good for location, average for everything else."

"Our stay overall was good! The location is convenient and easy to reach, though the lobby can get a bit crowded at times. The service was excellent — the staff were very accommodating and did their best to make our stay special. I had requested a birthday surprise, and while they tried their best, the birthday banners unfortunately didn’t stay up and ended up scattered on the floor. Also, the swimming pool was under renovation during our stay, so we missed out on that experience. Still, we appreciated the effort and had a pleasant stay overall."

"The location is really good. It is in a commercial place and near to everything like convenient stores, fast food restaurants and small eateries . The room is really clean and the fragrant of the room is really relaxing. The shower room and the toilet are separate. The staff are really accommodating and are always smiling. The drinking water is refillable."
