"I highly recommend to stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean as well as their bathroom. The breakfast buffet is really good there are instant coffee and choco drink available as well as juice. They also have a microwave wherein you can reheat your food stored in the fridge. Also a drying machine for clothes and a water dispenser at the hallways. I will definitely come back next time."

"Excellent hotel location, slightly away from the main hustle and bustle, yet close and convenient enough. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the center, with a tricycle constantly running. The grounds are magnificent, with a beautiful, well-kept garden and a private beach that is regularly cleaned and maintained. Free SUP boards are available! The breakfasts are decent and quite varied. Upon request (for an additional fee), the hotel arranged our room for our anniversary. Overall, only positive impressions. Everything was superb!"

They have not finish building some part of the hotel, so expect some smell paint and noise in the morning as the workers come around.
Expect some missing stuff in the room, just request at the front desk.
Rental for tuk tuk, motorbikes, and van available on site.
Front desk lady is very friendly."

AAbbyventuresKalipay is conveniently located along the main road, walking distance from CEV (the best ceviche in Siargao) and Happiness Bar (best happy hour deal).
The resort is quiet, has a nice pool and the rooms are clean. The staff are amazing — friendly, accommodating and extra helpful. The receptionist, Kim, took really good care of us.

VVieraskäyttäjäCozy sort of homely hotel. Unfortunately in need of a bit of renovation, mainly the bathroom, ants and mosquitoes came in to the room. It’s located a short bike ride from where everything happens which is good. And they have a free water and coffee station. No cleaning of the room for the 5 nights we stayed there but got clean towels when we asked for it.

KKeannaaaRoom was very big!!! Its also super clean but the lighting of the room can be much more brighter. The staffs in the kitchen are superb! Love their accommodation. I super love the beach view especially when having breakfast ❤️ My only con was that I lost something here when they cleaned the room (idk why they cleaned the vanity. That’s weird). The night it got lost I reported it and they said that they will replace it, but then the morning came and I called for an update, they said that they have nothing to do with it. 🫠 It made me go nuts so we switched hotel after this. Ps the item that got lost was an essential and u cant find that in siargao. Also, there are bedbugs on our first night but they were quick to respond regarding the issue.

POTB provided a memorable experience that I am happy to share with fellow travelers. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel’s mini bar was still under construction. While this was a slight disappointment, it did not hinder my overall experience. The hotel staff quickly accommodated my needs by providing alternative options, ensuring that my stay remained comfortable and enjoyable.Another aspect that caught my attention was the distance between the front beach and the sea. Although it was farther than expected, the hotel’s stunning surroundings and peaceful atmosphere more than made up for it. The well-maintained beach area offered a serene escape from the bustling city.In the evenings, I did encounter some occasional noise from nearby establishments. The loud music could be annoying at times, especially when seeking a peaceful ambiance. However, I found that during the majority of my stay, the hotel’s serene environment allowed me to unwind and relax, creating a balanced experience overall.I highly recommend POTB to those seeking a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and impeccable service. Whether you are looking for a peaceful escape or a rejuvenating vacation, POTB is sure to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience.

• hotel is new, they only opened last August
• room was very spacious
• beds, pillows, comforter were very comfortable
• bathroom was very spacious with complimentary toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner
• airconditioning was superb
• room has a balcony (that we didn’t use)
Cons
• because it’s new, apparently their how shower has not been installed yet. But they provide hot water from the kitchen and will bring to the room in a pail 😂
• location is not ideal as it is a good 10-minute walk on a dirt road to get to the main tourism road
• breakfast wasn’t impressive. The tapa and the tocino were tough.
All in all, it’s still value for money. The entries crew were very friendly and accommodating. And I will still consider staying there next time.
