"If you are looking for a real quiet place to stay and find peace even for couple of days, this is a perfect location. The room is big, the bed is big and clean and literally a place far from usual because there's no TV and the signal is low although a wifi is provided. The staffs are very accommodating and provide good service. They will ask you which language are you comfy (either Bisaya or Tagalog), they also know how to communicate in English as they usually have foreign visitors. The food servings is big and more than enough for you to be full. Kinda pricey but given the location is far from the center, it is somehow reasonable but hopefully they can review it and make it more friendly to other guests. Overall, it was very recommendable especially if you really after a travel away from the city life."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at D&A cottages. While it is not in the main area, it is very scenic and peaceful. The staff are kind and accommodating. They can organize a bike hire or private driver for you. There is a restaurant and pool onsite if you fancy a lazy day. A great stay overall!"

"The hotel itself as a lot of potential. Right on the beach, with a nice terrace and in a quiet location not far from a few restaurants. However, it is very old and would need a full renovation. The rooms are spacious but the amenities are old. The headboard of our bed was full of termites and we could hear them behind us while we were sleeping. Therefore, the whole room was also full of flying termites. It was overall not that clean either. We stayed there for 4 nights and they never came to clean the room, not even the bathroom’s bin. On the last day, the bathroom started smelling like mold. The smell was very strong and we couldn’t do anything to change that. Also, on our last day, we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to go take our 4:30am ferry, the reception having organized a pick-up for us. However, we were woken up by the reception at 2:15am saying our pick-up was already here. The pick-up told us when we were telling him that we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to take the ferry at 4:30 that this ferry didn’t exist and we had to leave now, which we ended up doing. At the pier, when we saw that the 4:30am ferry actually existed, we texted the guy from the pick-up and this time he said that the hotel’s reception had told him to come pick us up at 2:15am. Anyways, I don’t know where was the problem and misunderstanding, but it was not the best way to start our day… To sum up, very mixed feelings about this hotel."

"We did a family vacation to the Philippines. We stayed in four different hotels during our trip, and Agoho Resort was easily the best and the favorite as voted on by all seven folks in my group. Be it the black sand beach in their backyard, their fantastic manicured garden to get to the beach, the restaurant that catered only to guests, the large and stupendously clean rooms, the location and ease to get about, or the assistance to explain tourists spots, restaurants, and expected costs - this place was bonkers good. And the owners are so very easy to talk to, not out of need but because they like interacting with their guests. And there may be a varied selection of beers at the hotel that I couldn't find anywhere else about the island. I was so impressed, I took a video and circulated it amongst my coworkers and friends. That sounds normal in today's world, but I hate doing that. Agoho was such an escape and a wonderful experience, I wanted others to see and hear about it. We plan to revisit the Philippines in the coming years, and we will be staying at Agoho again, likely with many of our friends."

"這裏非常漂亮，一片綠油油的稻田，搭配恰到好處的花草，與另一面的海灘，別墅整體非常協調。酒店客房很少，小而美。園景別墅像吊腳樓，陽台上有浴缸，另一邊的陽台有户外沙發。客房非常乾淨，舒適，有熱水淋浴，陽台也可以看到海景，可以到酒店的海灘上散步。酒店有一窩黃白色的短毛貓，非常可愛。還有鸚鵡和狗。服務員很熱情，服務態度好，入住時提供了歡迎飲料。 預訂的早餐每份350p，衹可以在5種早餐中選擇，品類不夠豐富，菲式早餐為主，可以送到陽台上享用，需要自己用房間裏免費提供的速溶咖啡沖泡作早餐的飲品。 別墅隔音一般，聽到外面的敲鼓聲。 這裏的網絡是我無法容忍的，酒店的WIFI24小時均無法上網！手機Global信號弱，大部分時間無法上網，無法上傳文檔。入住期間剛好有重要遠程工作，我衹能拿着手機在周圍探索，看哪裡有網絡信號。結果意外發現旁邊的酒店global信號很好，我在旁邊酒店外面完成了工作。 如果在預訂房間時知道是這種網絡狀態，我不會選擇這裏。酒店介紹頁面並未對這種網絡狀況進行如實的説明。"
