Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Wakayama

The location is pefect, only 2mins walking to a Shopping Complex, where you can buy cheaper food in the food street. Basically we are going thru the Shopping Complex from the hotel to train/ bus station, a lil bit confused in the first place, but get used to it after few attempts. We couldnt buy the ticket for the movies in the TV from the ticket machine, and the Netflix is not allowable in the room, so we end up watching the Japanese shows without subtitle. The complementary breakfast is average, its convenient for you, but do not expect it to be a very satisfying one.

Near to JR station and bus station convenient travel to scenic spots. Only some for foreignness don’t silent they handsphone and talk loudly in cabin area. Hopefully service crew can remind before check in. Will stay this hotel again when travel to Wakayama. Thank you

The hotel was really nice. The front desk staff were very friendly and confident, and check-in was very easy. The room wasn’t very big, but it was very clean, and a lot of small details made it feel really thoughtful. I’d definitely come back here again. Wakayama is really beautiful.

The room is huge which is out of our expectation, lots of spaces for luggage, the room got everything you need which camee to our surprise, like cables with various plug, different texture if rubber band, all sort of facial care, and different flavours of body shower, shampp and conditioner etc. theres even a supply station at the lobby if you still find not enough; as well as a drinks machine, which u can get coffee, matcha, chocolate and so on, it really made our day. The hotel is around 15 mins walk from JR station, there is convenient shop nearby, it wont be a big problem if you drive, theres a free parking at the hotel as well.

Convenient location, but bit noisy, audible noise from other room , you can hear shower and TV. Breakfast is not that good

賓館離火車站和去關西機場的大巴很近，走路大概7-8分鐘的路程，房間不大，但整潔而安靜，老闆人很熱心，會耐心的幫你查找回去的路線，我用因腿有病，老闆給我提供免費的自行車，走時還用私家車送我到車站，並幫忙買好車票。一個性價比高的旅館，下次我一定還會住這裏

The attention to detail and the genuine kindness of the staff made us feel like VIP guests. They also thoughtfully provided a bucket for us to indulge in the glowing enchantment of firecrackers and even tidied the mess up afterwards. But the best memory of our stay here was definitely the culinary experience given by the chef extraordinaire — Master Chef Matsuki. His creations were nothing short of a gastronomic revelation. Each dish was a testament to his unwavering dedication and profound respect for the ingredients. Oh, the flavors — titillating all our taste buds in every bite. And the generosity of Chef Matsuki in sharing his culinary wisdom, guiding us on how to savor each morsel, elevated the entire dining experience to sheer perfection. The language barrier was no obstacle to the remarkable team of staff members who graced us with their presence. Their command of the English language was commendable, and even those who were not entirely fluent went above and beyond to cater to our every whim and need. Their genuine desire to assist us was palpable, leaving us feeling truly valued and cared for. I am already making plans to return with my beloved family, as I know they too deserve to bask in the unparalleled warmth and luxury that this establishment exudes. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room I stayed in was very large, with a large bed, clean, and well furnished with amenities. The room I stayed in definitely had a style or theme which made my stay more interesting. I didn't need to interact with the staff very much, but they were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others and would consider staying here again on my next trip.

Ok value if you need to live near the Nankai Wakayamashi Station (not JR Wakayama Station), or you plan to go to Kata. The room is perfectly fine for one person, the toilet is a bit small but usable. You have all the amentites you need from the amentites bar at the lobby. The only downside is that there are no shops near the hotel, you have to eat or buy near the station.

Fabulous seaside view and nice Japanese traditional style onsen with Seaview. They also switch male and female side every day so you can enjoy both onsen in one trip. Their check out time is 10am and check in around 15:00 so the time you can enjoy is a little limited. But I would recommend you take the breakfast and dinner inclusive to have the whole experience and it is quite far away from any food and no convenient transport except transfer to city center every morning.
