"Friendly staff , tranquil environment, suggested staff to be better equipped with English communication skills so as to accommodate tourists , overall experience is great!"

"Really thumbs up for the ryokan experience! Arrived late and the staff was waiting outside in the cold weather identify us immediately, guiding us to a parking lot and helping us to the inn. Explanation was good and they are good with using translation on the phone to make sure we understand. Service excellence! Food was impressive, really good dinner and breakfast in the room! Room is clean and there is an option to go for the outdoor private onsen at an affordable price!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay: Exceptional Service, Onsen, and Crab at Misasa! This was, without a doubt, one of the best ryokan experiences ever. While the establishment may be older, the feeling is one of traditional charm, and the service is absolutely top-notch. 🌟 Service Above and Beyond The service provided here truly sets a gold standard. The staff's kindness was evident from the moment we arrived—or, rather, from the moment we should have arrived! Allowing me to check in at 1 AM was an act of generosity and flexibility that is rarely seen and speaks volumes about their commitment to the guest. The entire team was attentive and provided the best service throughout the stay. ♨️ Misasa Onsen: A True Retreat The Misasa Onsen itself lives up to its legendary name. The baths were fantastic and perfectly maintained, offering a truly relaxing and therapeutic experience. This is what you come to Misasa for, and the ryokan delivers on the promise of a great onsen. 🦀 Culinary Delight The meals were a highlight of the trip. The great crab was fresh, expertly prepared, and incredibly satisfying. The dining experience perfectly complemented the restful atmosphere of the ryokan. In Summary"

"This is a lakeside hot spring hotel with excellent facilities. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The Japanese dinner served was great and the portions were generous. The breakfast was of self-service type with wide selections of Japanese (many with local ingredients) and western cuisines. Both the indoor and open air hot spring baths have excellent view of the Togo lake. Highly recommended."
