Onsen is not nice as is shared among male and female at alternate times. But service and food is tiptop. The free flow bar is a nice touch up. Will totally recommended if you dont use the onsen🤭

Good location. 5-min walk from the JR station. Staff could not speak English. Room was very small. The hotel almost kissed the building of next door for those rooms below 5th floor. I was on the 4th floor, hence, I could only see the outside environment from a very narrow gap. WIFI was not strong in every part of the room. Be patient to walk around for the stronger WIFI connection. Not many shops around.

The front of the hotel looks nice but inside is old. The dinner is good but breakfast is soso. Will not stay here again as the room is overpriced. Lake Akan cruise centre is just behind the hotel n Ainu village is just 2min walk away. Location of hotel is very good.

This hotel is very new, local next to the bus terminal and actually part of the hotel is used for the bus office / terminal. They provide free drinks (including alcohol) from 3pm to 9pm in the restaurant, enjoy when it is available. The breakfast has a limited choice, but it is a buffet. The public bath is shared between men and women with time slots. Around 300 yen for washing but drying is free. The room was rather small but they put a huge double decker bed with a king size bed in the bottom, it was a comfortable sleep but not much room to move in the room. Key is using a number lock system which is quite interesting. A super huge TV in the room mounted to the wall. My room is facing east and I able to see sunrise in the morning. Note that there are quite a few pot holes from the train station to the hotel. During that day, when I move my luggage to the hotel, the wheels get stuck into a new filled pot hole and travellers need to be aware.

We booked this hotel for its proximity to the Kushiro train station and bus station (these were just opposite the hotel) which saved us the walking in snowy conditions. The triple room we booked was surprisingly bigger than I would imagine for a typical Japanese hotel. We tried the hotel breakfast and it was good for value and have a spread of food choices. The staff were friendly and despite of language barrier, we managed to be able to request for assistance. I would like to thank Ryoyo for his help in checking for alternative bus to Sapporo due to train suspension and he further helped to contact our Sapporo hotel to inform that we will arrive later due to unforeseen train suspension. As per other reviews about the attitude of the hotel staff, I personally feel that they are really helpful but might appear rude to foreigners as they are not good at expressing themselves. The hotel has a manga corner and amenities shelf which you can grab special hair amenities and other types of pillows. There is also free washing machine which my husband used it daily to wash his clothes, free onsen and coffee. Overall, this hotel has great amenities and facilities. The famous tourist attractions were within walking distance from the hotel (MOO/ EGG/ Nusamai Bridge about 15-20mins walk).

Location- on other end of the row of hotels around Lake Akan boat cruise area so it is further away from the Ainu Kotan (Village) and convenience store. But boat cruise has 2 embarkation points, with one just a few minutes walk on the left of the hotel entrance so this is ok. Also a short walk to the Bokke (bubbling mud). Only negative point is that the carpark lots are limited so we had to use the hotel shuttle to go to and from the car parked in an open space about a block away. Winning point is the roof-top open-air public bath; it is a mixed gender public bath accessible separately from the male and female indoor baths which provides elastic banded tops and shorts to wear before going to the mixed gender pool. Allowed us to meet there to enjoy the beautiful sunset, mountains and lake views. Buffet breakfast and dinners were excellent; even though alcohol was not included unlike another hotel which we stayed in, there was plenty of food variety which were fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this hotel.

5月に初めて利用させていただきました。 駐車場も広く、大浴場もいい感じだったので今回は迷わず予約しました。駅まで歩いてすぐの距離なのでホームにある湿原の鐘、綺麗な夕日も見れました。 朝食は広々としていてガラス越しに朝日も入り、1日の始まりには良いですね。スタッフさんも感じの良い方ばかりで是非また行きたいと思ってます。 部屋からの眺めも良かったです。

釧路空港に近いところを選びました。温泉も塩化泉で、温度もいくつか温度帯がありゆっくり入れました。フロントの方が日帰り客が帰った後の時間がゆっくり入れますよと教えていただき良かったです。釧路空港から車で10分の距離にありますので午前便を利用される方には便利です。朝食プランを選びましたが朝ごはんもおいしかったです。
