Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Gotemba

Hotel room is big, with power points and USB ports on both sides of the bed, and they acceded to our request for a Mt Fuji facing room and we were able to see Mt Fuji from our room window despite our room being on level 2 (hotel has 4 levels) though there were power cables obstructing the view a little. The free nightly ramen, ice creams and morning Yakults are good additions. Besides having Onsens and Saunas, they also have a level 4 open air footbath where you can have a clear view of Mt Fuji while soaking your feet. Parking is free but lots at the actual hotel site may be limited and if the car park is full, you may have to park across the hotel at a park’s car park. Gotemba outlet mall is about 10mins drive away and nearest convenient store is less than 5mins drive away.

The hotel is next to Gotemba station. And there is shuttle bus to outlet. Is convenient. The triple room size is reasonably fine for 3 person. With 2 big luggages once open not must space to move about. Reached ard 8pm and no parking lot at hotel carpark. Need to park outside about 2/3 mins drive away and it dark difficult to find the carpark even thought instruction given. Nee to pay 1300 yen. Front desk, breakfast place, pay laundry machine, water dispenser all at level 1. Quite small areas. Overall is fine since we only stay for a night

Spacious room 2 double bed Everyday Housekeeping Location near to Premium Outlet. Near to Highway Acess because I'm driving 2 minute walking distance to Halal Local Japanese Food Restaurant. Have in room Sauna which is a surprise, a bathtub and mineral water cooler in the rooms. Very happy to choose this Hotel for our 4 nights stay.

Chose this hotel as it is near walking distance from the Gotemba station where it is the meeting point for the Mt Fuji hike. The hotel is simple, decent size room for a comfortable stay. You can actually have a lovely view of Mt Fuji just outside the hotel front. It is also within walking distance to the shuttle bus stop where there is a complimentary shuttle bus to bring you to the Gotemba Premium Outlet. You can easily spend the whole day shopping and having your meals at the Outlet.

View of Mt Fuji at your room's doorstep. What more can you ask for? Marshmallow over camp fire to end it all off in the night. Rooms are clean. Staffs are attentive and accommodating.

Good place to stay, very peaceful and quiet. Good price too. They do have showers that aren't the onsen but they are located in the basement. They also serve breakfast which was sub par for 800¥

We had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets. The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious! The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride. Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese. We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba.

Business style room that is ok sized for the price u pay. Staff was helpful to move our items up to our room prior to check in. They offer an eco friendly room cleaning option, and if selected, you will receive tokens for a free can of beer. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and easily accessible by car. There is free onsen but I didn't manage to try

ホテル室内は新しくないけどキレイで、バスユニットは小さいですが大浴場が併設ホテルにあるので快適でした。紅葉とライトアップが良くて良い季節に行けたのでさらに良かった。朝食券は現地で購入し朝ごはんバイキングは種類はたくさんではないですが満足。窓側の席は富士山ビューで朝から楽しめます。

The room smelled like smoke, the room quiet small and in general not really inviting. For the price it was ok but could be better.
