"It's a typical hotel for staying over, not many facilities or amenities, but good to have a laundry inside the hotel( JPY400 for 30 mins washing, JPY100 for 30 mins dry). The room is fine, but the toilet is too small. Have free curry rice at night and a small public hot spring. Free parking. Location is good for heading to Lake Yamanakako."

"The room is big and comfortable. The pantry comes with all the consumables including detergent and laundry pods which is great! Amazing view on mt fuji! Adding one more tissue box in such big room is advisable. The standalone TV actually leaves no space to close the curtain so configuration would need to be reviewed. Our gratitude to the operation team and the laundry company in finding our lost medical gadget!"

"Stayed here for a longer trip during an event at Fuji Speedway. Extremely helpful front desk staff, good breakfast (japanese style) and nice amenities throughout the hotel (Bathhouse, Yukata, microwave and laundry services all provided). Nearby a supermarket and close proximity to the bus station and other convenient locations. Would stay again without hesitation."

"The hotel is next to Gotemba station. And there is shuttle bus to outlet. Is convenient. The triple room size is reasonably fine for 3 person. With 2 big luggages once open not must space to move about. Reached ard 8pm and no parking lot at hotel carpark. Need to park outside about 2/3 mins drive away and it dark difficult to find the carpark even thought instruction given. Nee to pay 1300 yen. Front desk, breakfast place, pay laundry machine, water dispenser all at level 1. Quite small areas. Overall is fine since we only stay for a night"

"I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Rembrandt Style Gotemba during my trip to Japan. The location is incredibly strategic – right across the road from a Family Mart for quick snacks and essentials. It's about a 1-hour drive to Fujikawaguchiko, making for a scenic road trip where you can stop at various nearby parks. Plus, it's just a few minutes away from the Gotemba Premium Outlet for some great shopping. Being on the outskirts, it's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of busy Tokyo. The facilities were top-notch: there's paid laundry for around 600 yen (which includes drying), a relaxing onsen, free-flow matcha to enjoy anytime, a convenient restaurant on-site, and free car parking which was a huge plus since I was driving. My room had a stunning mountain view – I could see the majestic Mount Fuji from afar, which made waking up every morning magical. The space was comfortable and practical; I could easily open two large suitcases without feeling cramped. Overall, highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and convenient base in the area!"

"Hotel room is big, with power points and USB ports on both sides of the bed, and they acceded to our request for a Mt Fuji facing room and we were able to see Mt Fuji from our room window despite our room being on level 2 (hotel has 4 levels) though there were power cables obstructing the view a little. The free nightly ramen, ice creams and morning Yakults are good additions. Besides having Onsens and Saunas, they also have a level 4 open air footbath where you can have a clear view of Mt Fuji while soaking your feet. Parking is free but lots at the actual hotel site may be limited and if the car park is full, you may have to park across the hotel at a park’s car park. Gotemba outlet mall is about 10mins drive away and nearest convenient store is less than 5mins drive away."

"I seldom write comments on trip.com, but for this time I would really want to share my experience with this hotel via the platform. I had an amazing stay in this hotel (pls do trust the pictures, you CAN see stunning Fuji view in your mountain view room and even in hotel onsen), everything in this hotel is just perfect, peaceful and on point). After my stay, I realise that I have left my jewllery item in my room, and I have left Fuji. I have contacted the hotel staff, and the immediately assisted me and help with their best effort. Multiple troublesome request but they are very kind and patient with helping me to retrieve my item. I have received the package today, and all in my mind is THANK YOU when I open the package.I see layers and layers of protection the team has applied to my lost item, and well as their kind hearts.  I would like to deeply thank the entire front desk team (Ranjit, Pritiz, Bishal and team), the cleaning team who have found the item, and all Rembrandt Premium Fuji Gotemba staff who has been involved in the logistics. I am very grateful for their kindness, honesty, patience, and everything. Please do pay a visit to this hotel. I will always go back to this hotel when I visit Fuji."

"Better than I expected . Complete amenities plus free coffee and tea at the lobby.. the futon bed were comfortable to sleep with.. since we travel far we didnt have time to go out for dinner but to our surprise there is a free curry rice for all the guest … that was a plus points for us travelers❤️ -Onsen for men -laundry - breakfast was good too."

"Varaamani erikoissviitti on 12. kerroksen ylimmässä kerroksessa, ja voit nähdä Fuji-vuoren sängyllä makaaessasi. Päähallissa on olohuone ja sänky, ja oven sisällä on erillinen huone ja kylpyhuone. Hotellin aamiainen ja illallinen ovat myös erittäin hyviä, erittäin runsaita ja japanilaisempia, mutta muista varata aika vastaanotosta. Kylpyhuoneessa ei ole paljon ihmisiä, mutta siellä on höyrysauna. Hotellin uima-altaalla on myös suihkulähde yöllä."

"We had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets. The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious! The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride. Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese. We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba."
