Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Aomori

Check-in was very smooth. In fact, they allowed us to check in earlier - about 1 to 2 hours earlier, I think. The room was already ready, so they allocated it to us when we arrived. The room itself was rather small but functional and clean, so we don’t really have any complaints other than it being a bit small. I guess this is Japanese standards. The pricing is fairly more expensive than the inns across the road, perhaps because of the location and also because it is very new. The property itself has a very nice onsen. The female onsen had a lot of apples floating in it, which was a very nice touch to showcase Aomori apples. The front desk staff are very nice and very friendly. They also have staff who can speak Chinese. Not that I am Chinese, but I can speak some Chinese better than Japanese, which I can’t speak at all. Nevertheless, the staff could converse in English, or at least some basic English. There’s free yoga and some classes, but we didn’t utilise them as it’s not really useful for tourists who would rather spend time outside the hotel. This seems more suited for locals who want a short getaway, but still a very lovely touch. Breakfast is paid separately and does not come with the room, so there is no comment on that. The property provides Nespresso capsules in the room, and there is also a better Nespresso machine near the check-in counter. I also love that they provide water for free without having to pay extra. The lounge is available for everybody and overlooks the bridge. They provide some free snacks and drinks depending on the timing - different items in the morning and in the evening. That being said, there is no alcohol being served. Also, the coffee there is very bad. I don’t understand why they don’t put the Nespresso machine in the lounge since they have one at the lobby. Overall, everything was quite perfect for this hotel. In fact, the location was the most perfect part. Once you exit the train station, you enter an elevator that goes up to the hotel. Since it was winter, I was afraid I would need to drag my bags for a long time, but it’s right outside the exit after you tap your card and turn left. If I remember correctly, the elevator is right there and there is no need to go outside at all. However, there are only two elevators servicing the entire building, so there might be some waiting time. I would advise leaving earlier if you have a train to catch. The only reason this is not a full-star review is because I requested about a one-hour late checkout due to our train time, and they told us we needed to pay - if I remember correctly, ¥2,000 per hour. I felt they were very rigid about the 11 am checkout time. To be honest, even if they had given it to us, we probably wouldn’t have used it anyway, as we later decided to change our train time to leave Aomori, since there isn’t much to do here. Still, the rejection and inflexibility made us feel very uneasy and unwelcome. I think they could have handled this better by being less rigid and more human. So that’s minus points from us. After all, this is part of hospitality, and it doesn’t hurt.

Lensimme Aomorin lentokentälle ANA-koneella. Hotellille pääsee ottamalla Aomorin lentokenttäbussin kohti Aomorin asemaa ja jäämällä pois Odorin asemalla (kolmanneksi viimeinen pysäkki). Hotelli on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä bussipysäkiltä. Hotellissa on täydelliset ja suhteellisen uudet saniteettitilat, ja palvelu on lämmintä ja vastaanottavaista. Hotellissa on onsen (kuuma lähde), josta voi nauttia ilmaiseksi joka päivä, ja klo 21.30 jälkeen on myös ilmainen ramen-välipala. Ainoa parannettavaa on, että tyynyt ovat hieman kovat, mikä on hieman epätavallista. Olisi täydellistä, jos valittavana olisi yksi kova ja yksi pehmeä tyyny.

Short walk from train station. Near A Factory and Nebuta museum. Good base to tour Hirosaki and Hachinohe. Next to main food street. Good breakfast spread.

Staff are friendly. Rooms are true to pictures as shown in booking page. I managed to get here with their city bus before picking up a rental car. There's a tonkatsu place just across the street. Convenient spot to settle in.

This family alike hot spring hotel is really nice. When we first arrived at the hotel, their staff was already waiting outside in cold weather, he passionately direct us for parking and also help alight our luggages. He also have a big smile on his face which made us feel very welcome. Their staff are also very friendly and helpful too. Their hot spring is really cosy and the outdoor one is really comfortable. There are also a lot of tourist spots can be visited too. Our room is very big and comfortable. Their staff will help set up the bed for us when we head for the dinner. Their dinner and breakfast were very tasty and fresh, feels like living in a real Japanese family.

Very happy with the location of the hotel. It’s unbeatable, right next to the station. The price also includes breakfast which is a nice touch. The attractions nearby are walkable distance

평소보다 조금 이른 오후 3시 전후로 호텔에 도착했어요. 주차장에 차를 주차하고 있는데 벌써 직원분들이 나와서 짐을 옮겨주는 거부터 시작하여 환상적인 하루를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 안내해주신 객실은 물론이고 저녁 식사는 그 동안 경험 한 것 중 거의 최고였습니다. 온천 역시 만족스러웠습니다. 유감스럽게도 눈이 너무 많이 내려 주변을 둘러보는데 좀 한계가 있었으나 잠시 주변을 둘러보니 주변 환경도 온천거리가 형성되어 있어 산책할 만 했어요. 단 식당이나 편의점은 약간 거리가 있으니 참고하시길 바랍니다. 그래서 늦게 도착하시는 경우가 아니라면 저녁 식사 추천해요. 오히려 저녁 식사를 위해 일찍 도착해서 저녁 식사를 즐기는 것을 추천할 정도로 좋은 저녁식사 시간이 될 수도 있으니 이 점도 참고바랍니다.

The hotel is 1km from Aomori Station. Even though it is a small one with only four storeys (including ground floor), it provides almost everything that budget travellers need. The hotel is clean inside, and supplies can be obtained on every floor on your own need. The only concern is probably the floor height on 2/F to 4/F — tall travellers may have to be careful when walking along the corridors on those floors!

此次青森之旅意外發現的寶藏酒店。不知道為啥我們去的那天，應該是週六晚上，連多米迎都漲到2k多一晚，這家是當天最便宜的了，大概700多。從青森站打車過去大約1600日元。房間雖小，但衞生非常乾淨，備品充足。出門左拐約50米就有一家非常不錯的居酒屋，豬肉鍋甜而不膩，推薦嘗試。

This hot spring hotel is located on the top of a mountain. And it takes around an hour of driving up the hill in order to get to the hotel, but the view is completely worth it, the stars at night was so beautiful. The hot spring outdoor was comfy as well. However, the hotel didn’t have elevator, so maybe it’s best that you pack a smaller luggage. The dinner was verrrryyyyyy good and fresh, and the Aomori Apple beer that they had was sooooo goood. The buffet style breakfast offer different kinds of food too from English to Japanese. One thing that we are not a fan of was the blue indoor wear that they offer, as it didn’t look good and look like a massage therapist. Haha
