Very good location near the train station and bus stop,few mins walk! Also there is a supermarket and restaurants near the hotel. Quite good design of bed and separate toilets and bathroom! A big window with city view and night view!! Will book again if come back to Venice!

It was nice to be in a new hotel that is has well designed rooms, its just a little small to fully open a large suitcase. There are machines to fill your water bottle with cold water on each floor. The free breakfast is the best free breakfast that I have ever experienced in a Western country. There is the usual American breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, delicious has browns, cereal, bread but also delicious pastries...the buttery croissant is as good as any that I've ever tasted. Also lunch meats, fruits, vegetables. Machines that make cappuccino, latte, etc. , waffle maker. The granola even has chunks of hazelnuts! Very close to the water bus...Take this boat #1 or 2 headed back toward Piazzale Roma to get to the main part of Venice. From the airport take the ACTV or ATVO bus for 10 Euros to the bus stop called Piazzale Roma. To get to the hotel take the People Mover (Monorail) from the bus stop name Piazzale Roma to the 2nd and last stop that is a block from the hotel... only about 1.55 Euro and just tap your cc or phone.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

This hotel was the highlight of our trip! The location was perfect, so close from amazing restaurants and sights. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff, especially at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local tips. Breakfast had a fantastic selection, fresh and tasty. Hotel was very private away from the main san Marco attractions, but very easy to get the via the hilton hotel shuttle boat. Everything was so well thought out and highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

in love with our stay, the nearest stop is rialto mercato, just 100 meter walk. Perfect location to visit the main attractions. you whether can use vaporetta (water bus) or walk to the attractions. They also managed to get us vegan breakfast on top of that, really appreciate this gesture. The communication is smooth. But the only downside is the did not have lift, luckily we get the lowest floor, but i guess nothing can be done because this is one of the oldest building.

I recently stayed at hu Venice Camping Village and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient, offering easy access to Venice by bus, which made exploring the city simple and stress-free. The facilities at the camping village were impressive, with a swimming pool, supermarket, and on-site restaurant that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or local information. Overall, it’s a great option for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodation near Venice without compromising on comfort and facilities. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxed base to explore the city.

Located conveniently at a water ferry stop so you don’t have to haul your luggage too far. No stairs in the hotel so that’s a bit of a struggle. Our room over looked the water which was very pretty. Breakfast was pretty good. You don’t get a choice they just bring you what they offer. Hotel and room are dated but I think that just gave it some character

Not only was the room very small for its price, but on top of that, they charged extra for the city tax( not what was mentioned on trip.com) The worst part, especially for a freelancer, was the awful internet connection. Since the rooms are in different buildings, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which completely ruined my experience as someone trying to work and travel at the same time.

Great location and easy to get around from there. Water bus stop is just outside the hotel. Even easy to walk to centre- St Marks Square. It is in a quiet location to rest. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are cleaned everyday and all towels replaced. Breakfast is same everyday. Excellent service at breakfast time. Behind the hotel is lovely spot to see sunset. Loved our stay.
