"The room is clean and spacious and the staff are very friendly. However, the breakfast is very disappointing and the amenities are lacking, like a 2-3 star hotel. (1) They seem to have cut back significantly on the amenities. For example, past reviewers mentioned slippers, but there are no slippers provided. Past reviewers also mentioned an in-room coffee maker with capsules. Now, only instant coffee is provided. But, there is a big bottle of water in the refrigerator, free of charge for guests. (2) The biggest disappointment is the breakfast. Coffee does not taste good, in particular in a coffee-loving country. Italian breakfast usually comes with a lot of bread/cakes. The pastries are horrible, not fresh at all and even taste worse than those we bought at local grocery stores. I saw many guests at neighboring tables cannot finish the pastry (a really waste of food) since they really taste horrible. Greek yogurt is lacking. Bacon is very difficult to chew. Overall, on the surface, it looks like there are many items, but most of them have poor quality."

"The hotel is located in a good area, which makes it convenient to get around, and the staff was responsive whenever we called, which we appreciated. Overall, the stay was comfortable. However, there are a few points that could be improved. Drinking water and cold drinks were chargeable, which was a bit disappointing. For a couple, only two towels were provided—there were no face towels. Additionally, the bed linens were not very clean, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the pillows. On a positive note, the bathroom and bathtub were clean, but the bathtub was quite small and may not be comfortable for someone with a bulky build. With some improvements in cleanliness and basic amenities, the experience could be much better."

"Amazing Hotel very clean and the staff are super friendly, they serve a very good breakfast included in the room price, the amenities are good and comfortable. Location is very near to the railway station and bus station only 5 min walking which is perfect to visit Venice and enjoy the charm of the city."

"The hotel location is excellent. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the train and bus stations that go to Venice and the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and reception service was okay. But one thing really annoyed me: I don’t understand why a 4-star hotel doesn’t provide a kettle in the room. I drink tea, and there was only a coffee machine available. The reception told me to get hot water from the bar, which is fine, but the hot water looked dirty and didn’t seem clean. Also, the curtains never fully closed, there was always a gap, so it didn’t feel fully private."

"Hotelli on melko lähellä pääsaaren linja-autoasemaa, noin kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Vaikka se on vanhempi hotelli, palvelu oli yleisesti ottaen hyvää. Heillä oli vesiautomaatti ja jäätä, ja aamiaistarjonta oli melko monipuolinen. Kaiken kaikkiaan se oli hyvä hotelli."

"What a pleasant surprise! Location is great only 5 minutes walk from train station. There is one bridge to walk over, easy enough to do with a luggage bag and depending on the time of day/night there are baggage porters at the station whom can take the luggage for a small fee (approximately $5 per bag) Rooms smaller in size approx 19sqm fitted a Queen and single just enough room to accommodate our minimal time spent in it mostly sleeping as we were out and about exploring anything and everything. No view but window could open and the AC worked well. Small TV and the shower over bath was a bonus also had body wash and hand wash, towels with heated towel rack. Again small but enough for what we needed. View rooms also available. Level 1 and 2 have stairs (no lift) but the staff will assist if you ask however everyone including us took our own luggage. Great checkin and then meet Angel the following morning whom was able to extend us for two more nights and keep us in the same room. The breakfast was ample consisting of tea/coffee,juice, fruits,pastries,bread with options to toast,deli plate hams,cheeses,tomatoes and the usual Nutella,Jams etc my favourite yogurt and granola/oats. Best of all location,get a 24,48 or longer public boat pass to use throughout your stay and also takes you to Murano and Burano. Location,Location,Location!"

"Despite the small size of the rooms and smell of mould, Rialto hotel boasts a great location with amazing view of the historic Rialto bridge and the grand canal. We were lucky to enjoy the annual Regatta parade of charming gondolas passing by the canal just sitting by the windows of our hotel room. Tasty Venetian style breakfast is served in the water front terrace with view. A major renovation would greatly improve the quality of this hotel!"
