I recently stayed at a hotel in Bologna and had a very positive experience. The location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city or attending business meetings. The rooms are well-designed, clean, and comfortable, though they could have been a touch warmer for my preference. The staff was professional, efficient, and always ready to assist, which added to the overall experience. It’s an ideal choice for a business trip or a short leisure stay of 2-3 days in the region. I’d highly recommend it for anyone seeking a balance of comfort, convenience, and professionalism!

Hotelli oli vain 15-20-minute kävely junaasemalla. Huoneet olivat paljon suurempia kuin odotettiin mukava sohva (ja kaapelit) ja TV. Oli myös Alexa asennettu ja hän soitti musiikkia, kun ohjattu ja oli miellyttävä. Keittiössä oli runsaasti työkaluja ja keittiötarvikkeita, mutta ei nappia tai paperi pyyhkeitä. He toimitti kylmää vettä pitserin sekä useita pulloja viiniä (ei täydentävä, mutta kohtuullisen hinnalla. Hinta luettelossa huoneessa eroavat hinnat etuosasto, th. ) Lisähiihtoa käytettiin päivittäin, koska tiililattiat olivat kylmä. Dussissa oli aina tarpeeksi kuumaa vettä, mutta yksi kylpyhuone valo oli ulos koko ajan, kun olimme siellä (raportoitu etuosastolle ensimmäisenä päivänä ja he sanoivat, että he jo tietävät siitä, mutta odottivat huolto korjaamaan. It's an outstanding hostel. There are activities every night and the hostel is located in the middle of city centre and the train station. It's around 10 mins walk from the train station. They provided vegetables and dried pasta for free for guest to cook at the guest kitchen.

The hostel is about 15 minutes walk from Bologna station, and there’sa grocery store about 10 minutes and great cafes that are better than many in the city center. The hostel is very clean with lockers in the rooms and shower/bathroom. You must rent a towel for €3 if you do not have your own. The painting and design is aesthetic. The service is great too: the clerk who checked me in carried my bag for me. The dining area is spacious and can be used for work but the other public areas are less conducive to that. The hostel is a great value if staying in Bologna.

Perfect hotel all in all, I couldn't find any dissatisfaction point to mention, starting from location to the services and amenities if you're looking for an amazing stay in Bologna book this place, you'll be literally 5 minutes walk from the center and main attractions, you'll enjoy the decoration inside the hotel and the various amenities, and you'll be welcomed very warmly by the staff who are super friendly and helpful. Will comeback here again whenever I'm visiting Bologna

The location although 7 km from the city center that seems near it is not! You have to walk 15-20 min to the nearest bus station and then there are only 2 buses running every hour to reach city center. If you miss the first one then you have to wait another 25 minutes for the second one! If you are planning your trip on foot avoid this one. If you rent a car there is a parking lot outside in the courtyard of the hotel and several more just outside the hotel on the street. Both parking spots are in the open. Hotel offers a closed parking spot in its basement but on pay. We had to change room the next day of our arrival as there was a noise coming out of the ventilation system. A supervisor came to inspect the room and after verifying our sayings offered us a room 2 floor down. During our stay one of the three lift was out of order and it was a nightmare to come down in the morning during peak hours. All three days we were getting to lobby by stairs.

I enjoyed my stay at the Astor :) the room had a funny smell, the breakfast was very uninspiring, and one could hear every noise from every corner all the time, but the room also was large and comfortable and the bathroom was good and everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful - it was a relief to stay at a place where it felt a lot like being at home. I definitely would stay again.

Nice locations easy to walk around to travel. nice hotel to stay.
