Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Thane

The hotel’s location was very convenient. However, for a five-star property, it was surprising to experience loud noise from a neighboring outlet near the lobby during check-in. We booked a room for three with an extra bed, and I expected it to be prepared for three guests with essentials like towels and dental kits, without having to remind the staff. While the towels were clean, they were quite old and rough, having lost their softness. On the positive side, the F&B and housekeeping services were excellent.

Stayed for just one night as we arrived very late in the night from HK to attend a wedding. Front desk staff were courteous and faciities were matching and will recommend this property to anyone having some work or event around this place.

The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

This hotel is close to factory area but there are restaurants and convenience store at the downstairs. The Aircond in the room is not consistent and toilet cleaning can be improve especially the basin. Breakfast is good.

Good hotel but can improve on the minor details. Dustbin in the bathrooms needed to be opened with the hand. Unhygienic

Had a wonderful stay! The food was delicious and offered a good variety. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout the stay. The outside area was also well-kept and pleasant, perfect for relaxing or taking a walk. Overall, it was a great experience with everything meeting or exceeding expectations. Whether you’re visiting for a short getaway or a longer stay, this place offers great value and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat.

impressed by the warm hospitality and elegant ambience. The hotel exudes a sense of luxury while maintaining a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The interiors are tastefully designed, creating a relaxing environment perfect for both leisure and business travelers.

Cleanliness: The room was clean, not spotless but is a good stay Service: Staff was friendly at front desk Comfort: Bed was comfortable. Location: Convenient to transport and food area Breakfast : Mostly local food. As foreigner, preferably fried noodles or rice will be great.

Hotel could be easily located and situated opposite d-mart, so easy to find, but hotel has no parking space. Rooms were small and congested, quite tight-spaced for a couple, including the bathrooms. Only one room we booked had a table to have food inside the room while the other one did not. Hot water not available in the bathroom. Rooms were not provided with dental kits or hand towels, although when asked for it we were provided the same. However, staff was quite helpful and well mannered throughout the stay. Breakfast spread was average with not many options for nonveg, but the items changed on a daily basis so variety was good. Thankfully, outside food is allowed. No amenities for games or other indoor activities such as swimming pool.
