Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Munnar

Hotel was clean and newly renovated.

Rooms are good. Clean and well maintained facility. Easy access to all the facilities and near to all tourist attractions. Food is really good, both veg and non-veg. Could create a kids play area at the back as it’s just a vacant area. Recreation room was under maintenance so hopefully that will be nicer once finished.

The hotel is really good to stay and Very good hospitality and management. The hotel is near to the centre and there are plenty of options for transportation from the hotel. The stay was really good and hopefully I would like to visit this place again

Staff is very friendly right from security personnel, house keeping and manager. Special mention about the manager Mr Pradeep

Tea Valley Resort,Munnar is located on a Tea Plantation near heart of Munnar Town at a distance of around 4-5 km from town towards Adimali. Pros of Resort 1. Good spacious rooms , decent restaurants , Excellent room service . 2. Good location if you want to stay indoors. Cons 1. The 1 km road inside plantation is in a pathetic conditions and reaching the location during rains / dense fog is tough with terrain where only one vehicle can pass by. 2. Complementary breakfast not upto mark . Overall a 7/10 .

Great to place stay

Hotel staff and services was too good.Rooms were near and clean . The service was amazing, all the staff were very kind and welcoming. We stayed here for three nights. The rooms are clean . The breakfast was tasty .

It is good by price but by location it is away from the city centre and bedsheets and blanket are not clean there was spot. One staff is good but one staff is not behaving good. There was wifi connection also. Hot water also but no resturant near this hotel if you want eat something go 3 km from hotel and this hotel is on top so if you want eat something firstly track so overall average experience.
