"Overall good and would probably stay again. - managed to do online video meetings as wifi was strong - comfortable and large bed, however bedding was a little stained - only one lift worked which meant slight wait times, but the second elevator was fixed by our departure - good location, hectic but as expected, can get all food delivered - gym was decent, not good enough for a proper heavy gym sesh but good to get a little workout in - pool area was nice and not too busy"

"This was my 6th nights stay with separate subsequent bookings due to unknown situation of our mum's conditions who was in nearby hospital. Everything of this hotel was good and convenient, especially the staffs. Not using the other facilities in the hotel at all apart from sleeping and breakfast."

I stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is one he best The staff is very attentive and polite, much more than in other countries It is exceptionally clean and everything is just perfect. I originally booked for 2 days and ended up staying 5 The buffet is very large with many options but mostly is Asian foods which I do not eat. They have an egg station to cook to order I strongly recommend this hotel if you come to Medan"

The service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

We arrived late around 9pm. The hotel helps us with the luggages from our van to the lobby. this hotel house is suggested by our tour guide. They helped to pack us toast for our early flight next day. Definitely will choose this hotel again if we come to medan again.

The location is excellent n it is right in the center of medan city. There is a big mall: delipark mall right opposite the hotel w Sogo as the anchor departal store. There r many eateries n cinema available on the top floor. The security of the hotel is very tight that makes me feel safe... The staff over there r there to welcome us to the hotel

This is my second stay in this hotel. I booked again as my previous experience was good. Reception staff is good and cooperative. Although, I had to face a couple problems which had been resolved, but it was good. The food is very tasty and comperatively reasonable. I would prefer to book again if I happen to come again to Medan.

Positives: I had stayed for three nights and I had come back to the hotel at different timings and on foot and in a vehicle. Bravo to the security who are always on alert and there a couple of them. The hotel offers very attractive prices. The service staff is excellent on the couple of times I had made enquires. Housekeeping is excellent. Even my clothes are nearly folded and tucked away. Do remember to tip them. Space is big. The luggage support is very useful. Cons Maybe it is time to renovate the toilets

The importance of welcoming guests who attend by a security guard or receptionist. - The check-in process is smooth, good and requests are fulfilled. - clean and tidy rooms, amenities available. - TV channels are very bad, TV broadcasts are difficult to watch. - the swimming pool was very busy and full, there were no officers on duty, the pool floor was very dirty with food and water waste, there were no officers to clean the area. There are not enough changing rooms for crowded conditions. - The corridor floor is muddy and watery due to visitors. - In the breakfast restaurant, many of the menus are out of stock, there are no seats because it is full of visitors, many people fight over food like village people who never eat well. - the checkout process was good and there were no problems. Hopefully in the future it will be more organized and improved for the better. nice stay in swissbelin, thank you.

I had a bittersweet experience staying in this apartment. For the good things: the apartment is located strategically near city center, the room is spacious with complete basic amenities. However, there are 2 unpleasant things. First, there is no non-smoking unit except for the high-end room types. I went into a unit with leftover smoke smell, likely from previous guest. Second, the sound-proofing is terrible. My bedroom was facing a street junction, and any roaring noise from the cars/modified bikes penetrated the room as if there was no window to begin with. There was no ear plug the apartment could provide even though this was not the first feedback they have received from previous guests, and I couldn't sleep throughout the night. I booked 4 nights and immediately left after the first night. The service was pretty decent though. The customer service tried to use air purifier to suck out the smoke smell, and attempted to move me to other rooms to no avail because of similar noise problem.

The hotel is at strategic location and the room is very spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast also served varieties of Indonesian dishes. Our only complaint is we booked non smoking room but we are told it’s full and we have to stay at smoking room with strong tobacco smell. Hotel staff tried to spray room freshener but the strong smell still lingers. Overall the hotel is a good stay if you just want comfortable and safe place to sleep after a long day, but don’t expect luxurious facilities or services.
