"Very happy with the Hotel and the room that we stayed in, we booked the deluxe twin bed and they upgraded our room with the bigger size. We also requested a quiet and nonsmoking room which is we are happy with what we got. They just need to upgrade the towel cause it’s looks old already and do the maintenance of the furniture inside the room cause some of their chair have lots of stains. Breakfast menu not bad, lots of options. Just need to check the plates some of them they didn’t wash properly.  Location it’s superb, very convenient to go here and there. Staff very friendly. Most of all we don’t mind to go back to stay in that Hotel again.  Thank you for your hospitality. Kind Regards  Rina"

"We had a great stay in Ibis Pajajaran, personalised service, great breakfast and dinner, perfect Reception service and everybody was really kind. They gave us a top floor room with beautiful views. Perfect location for visiting the famous botanical gardens. We went back three times just to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful old trees. Thank you for the good time!"

We had a good 2 night stays at this hotel. We had conference at nearby IPB Convention center. So convenience. The staff was helpful. I will choose this hotel if I need to go there again.

Bigland Bogor, location is kinda hidden, 7/10. Price is affordable and worth the price, 8/10. Cleanliness is decent, 8/10. My biggest turn off was only the elevator/ lift, super slow and sort of not having a good system. The lift need to go down first, then pick up people from each floor. It has many lifts, but all of the are super slow, expect long queue durung peak season. In the one corridor there are 3 lift, the left one and the middle was connected, but the right one is not connected with the others, you have to press 2 button. Just ******* slow. Biggest turn off, saw people complaining the same thing since few years back but today still the same, the management is not learning.

This location and the food is this hotel is very amazing experience. I'll be recommended this hotel for everyone who will travel to the Bogor that love to walking around Kebon Raya. You can walk from the station and going to Kebon Raya. The rooftop is amazing place to take some pictures from the Salak Mountain. I love the breakfast ,the taste of the food is really delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, close to shops and transport, which made traveling very Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Good: - Friendly staff, quickly replaced my sheets after mentioning the stained sheets. - Daily water bottles. - Good location (close to Botanical Gardens, Indomaret). - Quiet. - Comfortable mattress. Could be better: - The air conditioning works well, but it's very loud. - The pillows take a few nights to get used to because they're very thick/high. Also they heat up very very fast, so I needed to cover it with a towel. Bad: - Lots of stains on the mattress cover and blankets. Also the towels could look fresher than they did. - It takes ages to get hot water for a shower. - Water pressure is highly irregular.

Room is simple and a bit outdated, but okay and clean. Public toilet in the lobby was dirty. Location in bogor is close to two museums and the botanical garden (10min walk) Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was okay for me with fresh fruits and omelette.

Cozy buat yang pingin santai setelah rutinitas, apalagi warga di luar Bogor. Worth it lah, lokasinya, kamarnya, suasananya. Kebetulan pilih kamar yg suasananya tenang.. Tipe Mezzanine Suite... Beneran full istirahat... Next ya balik kesini lagi. Ma'aacih Azana Essence Sanggarbuana yang udah jadi salah satu best hotel nyaman. Recomended 😍🥰

First time staying here and it was a good experience. We were booked a deluxe room and it was a good one. The room was super clean, the amenities are superb, the facilities worked well and the staffs are amazingly nice. It’s located in the central of the city and surrounded by a lot of good cafes and coffee shop. The breakfast is amazing! Definitely will come back again

Location: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity. Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor. Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
