We were welcomed by the loveliest front desk member, Lucia, and she helped us set up everything for the room. She also informed us about the ECO scheme of the hotel which we got £10 coupon of this hotel.
The hotel is *extremely quiet!!*, have *water complimentary* , have *apples complimentary*.
Just a word regarding the aircon, it will automatically turn to heat mode if the room is too cold. Other than that, everything is awesome."

"An upmarket dorm near the station. Scrupulously modern, but still retains some personality. Staff fabulous. Nice dining room and a typical brekkie.

"Good location- easy to find and close to the train station. We drove so used the car park in front of the hotel where there is a discount for staying at the hotel just let reception know you are parked there - is a set fee for 24hrs.
Rooms were clean and quite basic but sufficient for what we needed - downside no fridge to chill your drinks. There is a kettle to make hot drinks and room has tv which is good.
Ordered the breakfast which was lovely - options to have cereal, fruit,yoghurt,toast,pastries and a full English with coffee/tea and juice.
Restaurant overlooks the river which was nice as we could see the ducks and swans
Hotel has a bar which was nice to have a few drinks in the evening when we arrived
Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful - would definitely go back if we needed to stay in Nottingham again
Price was good value for money!"

"As i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a trip to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. Friendly receptionist very welcoming. Though it was our first in Nottingham but not in Hilton. Very beautiful location. Will definitely visit Nottingham again soon and will be definitely staying in Hilton again too

We were welcomed with a treat being our wedding anniversary. The facilities in the hotel are good and there is on site parking for just £5 a day. The breakfast menu is great and offers anything you would like to have at breakfast. A gym is available and a bar too. The staff are friendly and prompt. I Highly recommend.

Lovely stay in superbly appointed suite. Great restaurant for afternoon tea and breakfast. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble including bringing extra pillows and room service.
Super hotel to which we plan to return.

we stayed in a club room, which came with gym and pool access - the facilities are good and the gym is fully equipped. The ladies serving breakfast are very friendly especially young Asian girl and there are veg options available. Nature reserve only 10 mins walk from the hotel - highly recommend. The room itself had issues with wifi and tv signal. I logged a complaint on their app but nobody came so the next day I had to go to reception again. They didn’t give me a solution like moving room for a better wifi. Club Rooms don’t have a fridge or a telephone so you have to send messages via chat which is annoying.

In general, my stay was fine. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and I appreciated their friendly attitude.
However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. There were a number of young men staying on my floor who returned around 2am and made a significant amount of noise for quite some time. Unfortunately, no staff member came to address the disturbance, which made it difficult to sleep.
When I eventually began to fall back asleep, I was disturbed again by two pigeons making loud noises outside my window. In the morning, I noticed there were dead pigeons caught in the netting above my window. This was quite unpleasant to see and does not seem healthy or hygienic.
Additionally, at £125 per night, I would not expect to see worn carpets. The condition of the flooring did not reflect the price being charged.
Overall, while the staff were excellent, these issues did detract from an otherwise fine stay.

I arrived in the evening around 7.30pm after a table tennis event and was greeted warmly by the owner. He was friendly and quickly sorted my room out.. The room was very clean and tidy as described and the wifi was sound. Although there were other guests staying at the hotel, everybody was considerate and kept the noise a minimum. The bed was comfortable, hence I slept really well. The full English breakfast was very nice in a copy dining room for 18 people. Overall, my single room was value for money and I knew exactly what I was getting. I only saw one member of staff and I guess it was the owner, who made my stay a welcoming one.
I couldn't take photo outside as I arrived at night and I had to rush off early in the morning.

Well the hotel is alright, staff are very friendly, location is very good.
Spa didn’t seem nice so we wouldn’t go.
Our standard room was very small, though cozy.
AC wasn’t working, luckily got a heater from the reception.
Breakfast was tasty, but raw vegetables were absent (except for slightly cooked tomatoes).
It was noisy in the hotel, many people, but everyone was there for the New Year eve.
Parking is paid and costs 12 pounds a day - madness!

The locations was good only 20 min from town center, but all around student accommodations which when it comes to night time was very hard to sleep because of the laud noises. Also what put us of are were the random hair on the bed and the spider crawling everywhere. Other than that good price for a short stay, staff were very helpful and polite.

A lovely place. We we're a bit iffy on sraying due to the rating of the hotel but after reading the reviews most were about the rooms being dated. Since we were only planning to be there for a night, who cares?
There was an issue with the booking from Trip.com's side which the duty manager Declan was able to resolve in a timely mannor while also making the wait very pleasant with some nice chat.
The staff were lovely, including the two young ladys on the bar/food service as well as Declan. Unfortunately didnt get the girls names.
The building is stunning and surrounded by lovely woods, perfect for a walk.
Rooms are a bit dated, sure, but why are you looking to spend all your time in your room? More than enough to have a comfy sleep in.
Also as a side note on that, id imagine It's a listed building and so hard an expensive to update.
Overall a lovely night and a pleasant morning having breakfast then a walk. Absolutely would recommend.
