"I’d stay there again because the bed was larger and more comfortable than the hotel I usually stay at on my annual trip to see family. Room was clean. The downsides: We arrived at around 11:30 and they wouldn’t check us in until after 12, I get that this is policy but other hotels in the city are flexible and we’d been travelling 20 hours. Also the air con in the room didn’t work and it was very hot for the UK so had a bit of trouble sleeping. They said they’d take a look and gave us a fan because I guess they couldn’t do anything but it didn’t quite cut it…"

"A pretty well situated hotel, although next to the hospital so ambulances running all night if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise it is a short walk to everything. The staff were awesome, super polite and accommodating. The rooms were well thought out with in built desks in the back of headboards and a small fridge for personal use. The thoughtful touches were fantastic and the bathroom products were top tier. There were two complimentary cans of water in the fridge, hot chocolate sachets and tea and coffee in the room. The shower was amazing with a waterfall feature and detachable shower head too."

"Stayed here for two days and had a really good experience. The room was proper big and comfortable, and the washroom was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Really happy with the service overall. Cheers!"

"This hotel was the best went to check in had booked double room got upgraded to a family room and as soon as we got to the room we had trouble finding out how to open the door with the card. Yes me and my mum had 1 of them Richard Gere from Pretty Woman moments haha but once got in the room we was impressed was so clean and tidy it had a mini fridge under the TV everything was accessible staff was so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others who was passing through the area to stop was no noise from the motorway traffic and eateries on the motorway services was right next door. Didnt book in for breakfast as was leaving early next morning. 20/10 top marks very happy customer. Big shout out to tariek"

"I had issues with the date so wasn't able to travel during the said booked time. I would like to give a special thanks to the lady I spoke to on phone who was really considerate and listened to me (I called several times) and arranged another day convenient for me. The room was nice but the walls were very thin due to which when people were playing music we could hear it in ours till 2am in the morning. Although they quickly responded when complained but the walls should be thicker so that people can enjoy their stay when they paid so much in a good hotel!"

"The location is fantastic! 10 minute walking distance to the theatres and shopping areas. The facade is clean and appealing and on entering the building, the bar/restaurant area really provides a wow factor. I had a double room which were two single beds pushed together, so there was no room to stretch out. The kitchenette doesn't come with washing up liquid or a sponge, so I was a little confused as to how I was supposed to clean up. The toilet was lovely, but having lifted the toilet seat, the toilet bowl was filled with yellow liquid. Easily solved with flushing. The shower was glorious I didn't want to get out. The rooms are not sound proofed so if you are a light sleeper like me, make sure you take your ear plugs. On the whole I paid £80 for the room on Trip, other sites were charging £140 so I do think I got a good deal. I paid for what I got."

I enjoyed the stunning rooftop pool, which offered breathtaking views of the city, and the fitness center was well-equipped and spotless. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals – I highly recommend the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh, tasty options. What truly set this hotel apart was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They were always available to offer recommendations for local attractions, arrange transportation, or fulfill any special requests. The location was ideal as well – conveniently situated near top attractions, shopping, and public transportation. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is the perfect place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to the area. Five stars all the way!"

"It was a beautiful hotel with a very affordable price . It had a nice bathroom with a good size and was extremely spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to as many people as possible."
