"Hôtel propre mais situé dans zone commerciale peu apaisante. L’accueil était sympathique, la chambre agréable malgré un éclairage un peu trop tamisé. Un très bon point par contre pour la salle de bain récente , pratique et spacieuse pour ce genre d’hôtel. Le sol plastique mieux qu’une moquette qui conserve des odeurs.
Plus de places de parking en arrivant à 20h30 et il faut monter des escaliers extérieurs pour montrer dans les chambres où sont stockés divers matériels ( draps, moquette…), peu agréable. De même à l’extérieur de l’hôtel, des cartons traînent , cela ne correspond pas trop aux hôtels b and b que j’ai déjà fréquentés."

"The hotel is very near the airport. It's only about a 5 to 7 minute walk after you get off the shuttle train when we arrived. It was midnight but the staff at the front desk counter were very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was very smooth. We only stayed there for one night, but the room was very clean, pristine and comfortable. It was really exactly what we needed after such a long flight. We paid €20 per person for the breakfast and that was the best hotel breakfast we've had for our entire trip in France because the spread was very good and all of the food was really delicious. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"The location is good, close to the airport with CDGVAL. The room is clean and much bigger than similar hotel near the airport. We ordered room service for dinner, it was quite good. Burger was excellent, pizza not so much. I wish there were a bit more things in the room (teethbrush, water bottles...).
I am disappointed by the service to customers. I asked a body weight checker to check the luggage weight, but the hotel put a machine in the lobby for that, with a 2 EUR fees per luggage. It should be free for customers."

NNFa.MThe location is good — it’s close to the airport, the exposition park, and also near Aeroville Mall.
However, the shuttle service was very disappointing. I had emailed the hotel in advance to remind them that I would be using the shuttle service upon arrival. I was told the shuttle comes every hour. I arrived at 9:15 PM and had already missed that one, so I waited at the designated shuttle area from 9:30 PM, expecting the next one to arrive at 10:15 PM.
Unfortunately, I waited until after 11 PM and the shuttle never arrived. In the end, I had to take a taxi to the hotel.
What made it even more frustrating was that I had just come off a very long journey — over 20 hours of travel including transit — and I was traveling with children. It was exhausting, and the lack of proper shuttle service made things worse.
If you plan to use the shuttle, make sure to get very clear and confirmed instructions from the hotel. Despite multiple emails beforehand, this issue still happened. Very disappointing experience.

Secondly, the hotel is branded as a four star hotel. I think three is more accurate. While the outdoors and decor were superb, the facilities in the room itself were old and antique. From the pillow (terrible and caused me neck pain), to the work tables, to the wardrobe, it was all OLD. There was a bug in the room (Image attached) and the heating didn't work - as expected. For a ”Four star” hotel, there was no side fridge in the room, no bottled water even if the listing mentioned having this and the breakfast was just there without a lot of options. The dinner, while costing 35 Euros was a waste of funds. On the positive side, the Staff were VERY professional, helpful and friendly. The Internet was quite fast also. Would I return, maybe not. Why? For the cost, I expect more.

VVieraskäyttäjäCleanliness- the hotel is super dated, straight out of the 80’s. Wood paneling everywhere & dirty old carpet doesn’t help with appearance of it being clean. Bath/ shower yellow stained & toilet was stained & mouldy when i arrived.
Location - not far from CDG airport, which helped keep the Uber fares down as their ‘airport shuttle’ service is a joke. Few times to airport only in morning (no airport pick up) and then pick up from airport only in afternoon (no drop off from hotel).
Short walk to a little village with local restaurants which was nicer than staying or giving the hotel any more money.
Service - nothing to rave about. They couldnt care less about helping with the lack of shuttle (which is why i booked this hotel)… they just tell you to order a taxi.
Amenities- finding the 80’s pool was a mission. Needed to use firestairs to access & again just old & dated. Jacuzzi didn’t work. Overall place is just tired

VVieraskäyttäjäThe reason we picked this hotel was for the proximity to the airport (to have a restful night before our next day travels) and for the shuttle service. Arriving the day before at the desk, we get a guy who has no clue about welcoming guests with his cold and distant attitude. We asked about the shuttle, he told us it runs every 30 min starting at 6:30 am and it’s 7 Euros a person.
A couple of hours later, the fire alarm goes off and no one has a clue what was the reason behind that. We go down to the lobby with a couple of people at the same level and there was no one at the desk to explain it. Someone in the lobby throws: “it’s a fire drill”! 😣
The next day (travelling day) we go down and ask at the desk: when is the next shuttle to the airport, so we can wait for it, the front desk employee says to wait in the lobby and the shuttle should be there shortly. Meanwhile, we see people getting on a bus outside and ask about it at the front desk and the same guy says that it wasn’t the one and the driver would come get us when he arrives. Little did we know that he had called for a special car ride (probably an associate of him) that took us to the airport with an unexpected 25 Euro charge!!
Not at all what we had planned for a restful and worry/frustration free stay!!!

TThejessicadukeThe hotel has a self check-in system so when I got here with my husband we were confused because the reception was locked and no one was in sight, we finally found a lady who was cleaning a room who called the manager who told us to use a machine in front of the building to check-in. The accommodation is very clean and simple, suitable for a couple to stay in, I loved that the room was upstairs and the bathroom and toilet were downstairs, it gave me a feeling like I rented an apartment. Saint-witz is a safe and quiet town, there are a lot of hotels around this hotel as well as a lot of places to buy fast food, Mcdonald's is directly opposite, KFC and other fast food centres are also here. It is REALLY close to the airport, just 13mins drive but far from Paris, cheapest way to get to Paris from here is by using the train as a Bolt will cost you almost €60-70 to get to Paris. The bed is also comfortable and I definitely enjoyed my stay here. There is another B&B Hotel just when you turn into this street but that is not this one, this particular one is located to the right at the end of the street.

HHasan.TravelI had booked for 3 nights. On the first night, two reception staff were not very friendly. There should have been a hairdryer in the room, but there wasn’t one. You had to leave your ID card and borrow a hairdryer from reception.
In terms of cleanliness, it was good; towels and blankets were changed every day.
Breakfast was not very good. I expected at least eggs to be included, but there were none.
The hotel’s location was not good for going into the city. I thought it would be convenient, but it wasn’t, so I used Uber and Bolt during all three days.
The hotel location is only good for the airport; it’s about 5 minutes away.
Also, there are three other hotels with the same name, so you need to be very careful with the address 👍
