"The unique design of the hotel, I like it very much, as soon as I enter the door, there is a friendly reception of the lobby staff, which is exactly what I need. Front desk staff meticulous care, patience and professional explanation of the surrounding attractions and food, hotel rooms are also a lot of free items, mineral water, soda water, a variety of drinks room is spacious, light transmittance is very good, clean, simply refreshing, bed is also very comfortable, the room is central air conditioning, is simply a palace level of enjoyment. Go out to visit also sent a handwritten map, and to help me book the show tickets and cars, the model is very comfortable and enjoy the whole journey, too intimate! Really good, really checked in the left and right guests let people feel that other hotels do not feel very down-to-earth! There's fruit at night. It's so sweet. "The hotel location is great. It's near the old town, opposite to the large department store, El Corte Ingles and large supermarket. It's convenient to go to the Seville Cathedral and Alcazar Palace with just 15 minutes on foot. Room is ok but a little small. Air conditioning is weak and we complained it to the Front Desk receptionist. They sent the technicians to fix it but still weak."

"Avoid rooms from 420 and up! We got room 426, which is located directly under the breakfast hall. Starting at 4 a.m., we heard loud noises from unloading and serving, and later, as breakfast began, the scraping of chairs overhead. At 8 a.m., we went down to reception to ask if it was possible to move to another room. The hotel was almost full, but since we had a booking for just 2 nights, the receptionist found a possibility for us. However, we had to move out in the morning, leave our things at the reception, and get a new room only after 2 p.m. It was really inconvenient, as we paid for 2 nights and had to change our plans. However, at least we got a new room on the 2nd floor in another wing of the hotel building. Both rooms themselves were okay, but the new room was much better. So, my advice is to ask for a room number less than 420. The hotel location is perfect for strolling in the city center, as the El Corte Inglés shopping center is just across the square, and there's a discount supermarket, Aldi, next door to the hotel. Many bars and restaurants are on the nearby streets, so the location is really superb."

"This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed it and punches well above its weight!! (I paid less than 50Euro per night) Location: right across from the bus station, literally across within 2 mins. A few big supermarkets nearby and easy walk to the cathedral and Santa Cruz (12 mins) or shopping area!  A bit longer to plaza España (25 mins) or an uber away for 8 euro or so Amenities: Clean, comfortable bed, wonderful service (Marta is one of the best I’ve met!)  5 stars from me!"

"I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Giralda. The hotel is nicely located to many of the attractions, most of which are within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendltand helpful. The massage was amazing, and the rooftop pool was a hit. It was a perfect stay and I will definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Seville"

"這個酒店很好很令人滿意。首先地理位置好，在小巷子裏，但是也沒有問題啊，這條巷子裏好多飯店禮品店，而且從巷子走兩步就到了大路上。去西班牙廣場走路🚶十來分鐘去，去王宮和大教堂都是五分鐘就走到了！！以至於我參觀完大教堂，還沒到預約進王宮的時間時，可以直接走回酒店休息一下沖個涼。酒店隔壁就是一家看佛拉明哥舞表演的地方。酒店空間不大，但是很温馨。前台兩位帥氣的大叔英語很流利，人也很友好，長得很帥穿着西裝超級有氣質，很男演員一樣，熱情得很美國人一樣自來熟，每次進出時會和打招呼開玩笑。房間很舒適，床很大，裝修得有家的感覺。空調特別給力，這大熱天的就需要這種涼爽的空調。沒有拖鞋和燒水壺，和其他酒店一樣，自己帶上就行了。"

"Room prices were crazy during the NYE period, so we were really pleased to have snagged a good deal with Ibis considering the relatively good standards of the hotel. The room’s design was cute which was a bonus but more importantly, its location was pretty good and staff were nice and friendly too. Housekeeping service was not the best upon check-in, but we didn’t request for housekeeping service during our stay so can’t comment on that. Amenities were pretty minimal or even lacking as there was no mini fridge nor kettle & cups. However, there is a filtered water dispenser at the lift corner so that makes up for the lack of kettle and in fact is a good idea since it’s environmentally-friendly. Would be good if the hotel could provide some cups though. Overall, a v enjoyable stay and would recommend Ibis to all coming to Seville!"

"I cannot really descripe how amazing my stay was everything was perfect staff was really welcoming this stay was really shocking to me i thoght there were no more hotel caring about their geusts more than money but your hotel was taking care about everything , staff done my room house keeping 4 times in two nights only , all drinks in mini bar was free they give me free deserts free chocolate daily , they even helped me with my tours , thank you very much i can tell it wont be my last visit i will see you soon for sure .
