"The unique design of the hotel, I like it very much, as soon as I enter the door, there is a friendly reception of the lobby staff, which is exactly what I need. "Room prices were crazy during the NYE period, so we were really pleased to have snagged a good deal with Ibis considering the relatively good standards of the hotel. The room’s design was cute which was a bonus but more importantly, its location was pretty good and staff were nice and friendly too. Housekeeping service was not the best upon check-in, but we didn’t request for housekeeping service during our stay so can’t comment on that. Amenities were pretty minimal or even lacking as there was no mini fridge nor kettle & cups. However, there is a filtered water dispenser at the lift corner so that makes up for the lack of kettle and in fact is a good idea since it’s environmentally-friendly. Would be good if the hotel could provide some cups though. Overall, a v enjoyable stay and would recommend Ibis to all coming to Seville!"

"This hostel is in a great location, very central with innumerable bars, cafes, restaurants, tavernas, shops and major tourist attractions within easy walking distance. The facilities were clean and well stocked on arrival and remained so throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with secure storage for my bag at no extra cost both before check in and after check out. The bed was basic but comfortable and provided two very good nights of sleep, with plenty of privacy thanks to the curtains, and more than enough storage in the locker and the under-bed drawer, both securable (bring your own padlock). The rooftop veranda and pool (unheated) were an unexpected surprise, as was the free sparkling water tap in the communal area. Only things to be aware of are to bring your own towel (like Douglas Adams said) and padlocks, and be careful what you put on the bedside shelf. I had to retrieve more than one item from down the side of the bed, the ease of which depends on how slender your arms are (mine aren’t 😖). Overall, a big thumbs up and thanks to the staff for a lovely stay"

"Great location. Comfortable beds. AC worked well. Good drinks at the bar. Great view at the pool. Convenient (drinks only) vending machine. We didn't have a fridge in the room ( a bit of an issue during summer). Hair dryer had a trigger that needed to be pressed constantly to blow, so that was odd. Overall a good hotel."

"The hotel was centrally located with good public transport connectivity. The staff was good and polite too. Everything was very nice. The exterior of hotel was giving a vibe of some 5* hotel but real disappointment came in when we entered the hotel. It was built like some hotel from early 2000. The room which we stayed in was very compact for a family with hardly any space to walk. If you keep a bag in the room, it will occupy it completely leaving no space at all. The wooden doors of bathroom seems to be broken. The bathtub in shower area was quite small to accommodate. The wardrobe slider was hardly working as we had to push or pull it with great force. And lastly , it was succeptible to every possible noise. If someone is talking in nearby rooms or walking above our floor, you can clearly hear and feels like it's an earthquake when someone in upper floor walks. I"

"I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Giralda. The hotel is nicely located to many of the attractions, most of which are within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendltand helpful. The massage was amazing, and the rooftop pool was a hit. It was a perfect stay and I will definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Seville"

"This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed it and punches well above its weight!! (I paid less than 50Euro per night) Location: right across from the bus station, literally across within 2 mins. A few big supermarkets nearby and easy walk to the cathedral and Santa Cruz (12 mins) or shopping area!  A bit longer to plaza España (25 mins) or an uber away for 8 euro or so Amenities: Clean, comfortable bed, wonderful service (Marta is one of the best I’ve met!)  5 stars from me!"

Avoid rooms from 420 and up! We got room 426, which is located directly under the breakfast hall. Starting at 4 a.m., we heard loud noises from unloading and serving, and later, as breakfast began, the scraping of chairs overhead. At 8 a.m., we went down to reception to ask if it was possible to move to another room. The hotel was almost full, but since we had a booking for just 2 nights, the receptionist found a possibility for us. However, we had to move out in the morning, leave our things at the reception, and get a new room only after 2 p.m. It was really inconvenient, as we paid for 2 nights and had to change our plans. However, at least we got a new room on the 2nd floor in another wing of the hotel building. Both rooms themselves were okay, but the new room was much better. So, my advice is to ask for a room number less than 420. The hotel location is perfect for strolling in the city center, as the El Corte Inglés shopping center is just across the square, and there's a discount supermarket, Aldi, next door to the hotel. Many bars and restaurants are on the nearby streets, so the location is really superb.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Plaza de Armas bus station; from there, you can reach the airport for just 5 euros. Cleanliness and service were okay. The breakfast buffet was decent, but you have to catch a waitress if you want eggs cooked for you or a glass of cava for a topnotch breakfast. There are roadworks in front of the hotel; on weekdays, they start at 8 a.m., and you won't get any sleep after that. The audibility in the rooms is high (we even heard the conversations of an Italian couple behind the wall). Since our stay was from Friday to Sunday, we did not request a change of room with a view on the other side. Perhaps those rooms are of a higher category, and we wouldn't get one anyway. At least, we had a room on the highest floor, which offered a bonus — a view of Seville rooftops with a beautiful sunrise one day (see the picture below, hence the roadworks on the street). I suppose rooms on the other side of this floor would have a view of the river and sunsets (but I couldn't check it).

We had three nights in Novotel. Location wise it is really close from the train station and the bus stand infront brings you directly to the centre as well as the airport. There is a mall beside so you can buy stuff from the Carrefour. Nothing can complain about the cleanliness too. However, a guy at the reception desk attended us for check in. We asked for stuff like what is complimentary at the mini bar, dental kit and slippers but he wasnt not really friendly in answering us. Also to our surprise that Novotel doesn’t provide dental kit, which is exceptional for our stay in experience. Other hotels have been able to provide it. Also when we checked out early morning on our last day, the same guy attended us. I asked for his help to book a taxi for us. When I asked how long will it take, he was really impatient and rude in answering. Likely won’t return to this hotel for the next stay in Sevilla.

It was very clean and very spacious. There’s a 24 hours front desk and speaks English. Each person has two lockers in the room, so you don’t need to worry about not having enough space. I stayed in a 8-girls room and we have too bathrooms and two toilets in the room, which is quite sufficient. I really enjoyed staying in here and it felt very safe for girls who are traveling alone

Hotel was a bit far from the main Seville bus station. I asked the hotel for a transfer to the airport and they had a fixed rate that was almost double what an uber was. Better off getting that instead. Easy check in process. Breakfast was pretty average. Room was pretty standard. Had a great view of the city on the 10th floor.

The staff are very friendly and willing to help. The environment is generally kept quite clean, but the kitchen trash bin tends to overflow by the afternoon and no one cleans it up. I stayed in an eight-bed dorm for three nights and slept very comfortably. However, one of the two toilets in the room had a broken light, and the small reading light at my bed was also broken, though this didn’t affect me too much.

They allowed us to do an early check in. Quite a small room that was not too bright. No kettle so we had to go down to ask for one. They asked us to go to the Hotel's restaurant to get one. We don't know how to switch on the air conditioning and we lived beside the streets so we couldn't open windows to sleep. Our room's temperature was so high all of us woke up in the middle of the night perspiring. We had to open the door for a while for the cold air outside to enter to cool the room down a little. The bathtub also had no shower screen so when we shower, water would splash all over the toilet floor.

Cogimos este hotel con piscina sabiendo el calor que iba a hacer en Sevilla. El día antes de nuestra llegada enviamos un email preguntando el horario. Al llegar al establecimiento nos comentan que el horario era otro y ya estaba cerrada la piscina.. Destacaría también que está prácticamente pegada a una discoteca y hubo mucho jaleo hasta altas horas de la madrugada. La gente estaba justo delante de nuestra ventana ya que está prácticamente a pie de calle, fumando, bebiendo y a gritos... Para colmo la ventana poco aislaba el ruido y la persiana estaba rota, no bajaba más de la mitad.

The apartment is spacious. The location is excellent as it is right in the old town. It was quite a experience to stay in an old building in a narrow street. The downside of staying in the bottom floor apartment is you hear noises from upstairs all the time such as walking, pulling a chair and dropping things on the floor etc. I also like to point out that the shower did not work very well. Hope it will be fixed for future visitors
