"Staff very kind and super cleaned hotel. A bit far from city center but close to the public transportation. Love the area, very quiet. Perfect if you are looking to chill out."

"Cleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked. Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night. Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection. Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious."

"Excellent location, room was spacious with views of the town and the sea , bathroom had a good walk-in shower . Could do with more hangers and shelves to put clothing , as there is plenty of space . Breakfast excellent quality and plenty of choice , the service was efficient and the staff worked very hard !"

"Super location in Center near sights, cafes, bus station, pedestrian shopping zone, etc. Staff gave good touring advice. Great facilities nice linens, minibar, hot water, fast internet."
