"We had a beautiful stay here. The staff is the best about the hotel, we never stayed in a hotel where everyone was so friendly and dedicated to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The absolutely amazing employees here, like the professional and dedicated assistant front office manager, but also all the other receptionists, the amazingly friendly people working in restaurants and bars here - every single person we met was a gem and made us feel 100% welcome."

"Very basic room. No refrigerator, no safety box, very clean though. Will hold your luggage if arrived early. Full size bath tub. No separate body wash, shampoo or conditioner. One bottle takes care all 3 ???. No body lotion. Hair dryer is only available at the receptionist .TV has local air Chanel’s. No movies. 6 minutes walk to Metro station. 30 minutes to airport.The road is pavement, rolling suitcases are fine."

"The hotel has a great location, and the room was clean. The breakfast was pretty good. But I wonder why the room doesn’t have any coffee, why the internet resets constantly (I entered credentials more than 4 times a day) and why the room card demagnetises even when it isn’t near a mobile phone. The price is also too much for such few services and to stay in a room without an exterior-facing window."

"This was the finest of experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Even before our trip had begun, the holiday vibe had already started, 2 weeks prior to our flight. A member of hotel reception staff at the B&B in Sant Cugat, a beautiful soul, a lady by the name of Maria Faatemah had won us over with her swift responses to our queries and concerns. The more we responded, the more our mind and hearts were at ease. Always polite and courteous with so much manners and always ready to help us with whatever we presented her with. 2 weeks fast forward - We were welcomed with her sincere wholesome smile and she already knew who we were as soon as she saw is approaching the reception desk. This is someone who is connected with herself and showed is compassion from the get-go. She served us as though she was the leader and she didn't let us feel uncomfortable even though we didn't speak much Spanish. She showed us to our room and told us to feel free to ask her should we need anything. We had a slight situation with our air-condition unit and within 10 minutes she had that resolved by giving us an extra room until the maintenance man fixes the A/C. The second room was beautiful and I slept their for 2 days and it was a great experience. Faatemah called taxi's for us, ordered food for us, she translated Spanish to English and she even guided us towards the best tourist spots. It really felt like she had gone above and beyond, at no extra cost. Even the kids were saying they wanted to buy her something as a thank you present for her amazing service and beautiful mannerism. Faatemah was incredibly professional, compassionate and offered such a lovely service that we all fell in love with Spain (Barcelona) and would love to go back, just for experiencing this service again. Faatemah is much more than a lady behind the reception desk and I hope you all the best in the future and I hope you progress to become something bigger and better and that others are also receptive enough to appreciate you. Thank you Maria Faatemah for being such a wonderful host and your hospitality is so very appreciated. We all Look forward to visiting you real soon. "Large, clean and comfortable room. No frills. It was summer but the air conditioning worked great. Staff were competent and polite but not exactly friendly. If you’re a tea drinker, you may wish to bring your own mug as the cups provided in the kitchen are sized for espresso and small. There were larger cups available at the breakfast buffet but we weren’t allowed to bring them to our room. The breakfast was lovely, I thought. Worth the 14 euros each. The spread was similar everyday but the food was such high quality I happily ate it three days in a row. Location was excellent. Didn’t realise it was 10 minutes walk to Av. Diagonal which has pretty tree-lined streets and nice shops in L’illa Mall Diagonal."

"Hotellin henkilökunta on ystävällistä, paitsi aamiaisesta vastaava herra Inric, joka ei anna selkeää vastausta ruoasta, on huonolla asenteella, näyttää koko ajan vihaiselta, ei ole vaihtanut ruokaa viiteen päivään joka päivä, hän on ****** ylpeä arabialainen eikä salli teepussien ottamista mukaan. Kaikki vastaanottovirkailijat ovat mahtavia ja avuliaita, erityisesti yövuorossa työskentelevät. Huone siivotaan päivittäin, ja kaiken kaikkiaan hotelli on turvallinen ja suojaisa."
