"This hotel was close to restaurants and shops and an easy DiDi ride to various attractions. While the linen was clean, the bathroom was incredibly filthy. There’s a QR code to report if you are unhappy but I couldn’t get it to work. The ladies working in the restaurant were an absolute delight."

"第一次去自貢，經過篩選，最後入住了剛開業不久的華商希爾頓酒店。辦完Check-in，便收到了伴手禮——曲奇餅乾，還帶着温熱，非常好吃😋。 那我從酒店大堂吧開始介紹哈，大堂吧設計感十足，搭配的色彩也很高級；房間入住的是豪華套房，L型落地窗户，視野開闊，景觀非常好，可以俯視酒店對面的南湖公園，鬱鬱葱葱的一大片；房間設施非常新，裝修很有品味，小細節也考慮的十分到位，特別提一下乾濕分離的浴室，淋浴房很大，熱水也十分充足；餐廳也是必須要表揚的哦，早餐品種搭配合理，中西餐都有，品種也很豐富；特別説一下中餐廳，出品非常棒，吃了一次以春天為題材的套餐、主菜點綴與主食中都能尋見春天的身影，擺盤亦頗為考究、精緻，另外吃了一次自貢鹽幫菜，麻辣鮮香、大火爆炒，火候剛剛好，後經與服務員瞭解得知，店裡掌勺的都是粵菜、本地菜的大廚，難怪每一道菜在調味、火候與擺盤上都透高水平。此外，一定一定要提一下酒店的地理位置哈，可以説是絕佳的位置，出門左轉就是華商國際美食城，吃喝玩樂，啥啥都有，還有酒店對面就是南湖公園，超級大，可以説是酒店的“後花園”，早上、晚上散步、運動十分方便。總之，推薦入住，自貢的首選酒店。"

"之前出差住過一次（最便宜的房型），覺得衞生挺好的，今年燈會又來入住了。但不知道是不是12樓原因，空調再機稍微有點吵，好在看燈會比較累，不影響睡覺。停車很方便，背後是商業街，吃飯沒問題，缺點就是23點之後選擇性不多（德克士開着的）。總體滿意。【個人前兩年看燈會住的華商，大多數沒聽過名稱的酒店是民宿，衞生一般，但凌晨宵夜開啟的比這邊多幾家】"

"We only stayed for one night so it was fine. The room spacious enough and beds are comfortable. Room had a kettle and cups with the usual amenities but no spoon to stir your coffee..... The room had a bath and shower but the bath was not properly cleaned and the soap scum marks was visible. We booked for 2 people but there was only one robe in the cupboard. Walls are not sound proof so each time our neighbors opened the tap or flushed the toilet we could hear it. Reception and check in was polite and easy."

DDavid MosherWe had an amazing stay here during our visit to the lantern park. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very good with many options. I recommend the noodles. We would certainly stay here again.

No escalator working, entering through the parking garage in the dark to take the elevator up. When I left even that access was blocked by trucks and steel. Horrible. Not a safe location and was one of the few times in China I have felt uncomfortable as a solo female traveler.  The room was lovely and very quiet. Good laundry facilities, comfortable bed, coffee available. The staff was nice. For now, however, this place is not recommended. Maybe when the construction is finished along the river.

IIn TexasThe hotel is only a few hundred yards from the Zigong High Speed Train Station. Although it is far from the downtown of Zigong City, the Zigong High Speed Train Station has buses to the city and many attractions. I walked to the Zigong High Speed Train Station for a few minutes, the Xianshi Old Town for about 20 minutes and the Zigong Lantern and Light World for about an hour. People can get a taxi at the hotel easily. The hotel provides free pickup and drop off services for the Zigong High Speed Train Station for free . The hotel workers are friendly and helpful. Ms. Peng is helpful. She helped me contacting my next hotel, and following up to confirm the pickup service of the next hotel. The hotel email was also responsive and prompt. The hotel and rooms are clean. The hotel provides a free afternoon tea with a little treat. For improvement, it will be helpful if the hotel can provide printed information of public transportation. Since I do not have a Chinese cell phone, the hotel workers helped me to lock on WiFi, which can be improved. All other hotels I stayed in China, people can get WiFi by using the room number and last name. This hotel requires a local mobile phone, for which I don’t have as an international visitor . Overall , I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was helpful but did not speak a work in English and had to use translator apps all the time. Only one receptionist could speak a little bit. Also, consider that we were requested to leave an additional deposit, which has not been returned for several days. The breakfast was superb, a very wide selection and the majority of the dishes were quite tasty. The room was spacious and clean.

DDeirstarA very comfortable hotel and a helpful and friendly staff. The free breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. There are blackout curtains and you can easily turn off all the little lights that hotel rooms always have. Bus G3 goes from the high speed train station to the hotel and bus 65 goes from the same bus stop to Shenhai Well and the Dinosaur museum. The lovely botanic gardens are only a bus ride away and you can walk through a tunnel and across the bridge to the older part of the city and the Salt museum, or you could just get a bus. The hotel is on a busy road but the hotel was surprisingly quiet.

It offered plenty of thoughtful gifts and amenities, which added an extra touch of generosity to the experience. One of the best aspects was its location—it was just steps away from the lantern festival, making it extremely convenient to enjoy the event without any hassle. Overall, it was a clean, charming, and perfectly situated spot that enhanced my visit.

AAnne-Marie BoyeldieuGood location, as it's a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal, which serves all the city's attractions, as well as the train station (bus G1). I didn't see the hotel's name sign on the facade, but the photos of the reception area shown on the booking website make it easy to identify when you arrive. The staff doesn't speak any English, not even at reception. However, everyone is extremely pleasant and helpful, and Google Translate is a perfect tool. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It matched the photos. However, there was no designated luggage area. The bedding was excellent. The bed was very large. There was a sitting area (sofa and coffee table). Outlets were usable without an adapter (for European devices). The Wi-Fi was adequate. The bathroom was large and very clean. A minor drawback was that the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel weren't always refilled. But if you ask, they'll do it without any problem. A hairdryer was available. Daily housekeeping. Bottled water was provided daily. Electric kettle provided. Space intended for a small refrigerator... but unfortunately not available. Quiet environment. Breakfast buffet. A perfectly satisfactory selection, but potentially limited for those who prefer non-Asian options. The staff was very attentive, providing me with cutlery every morning. Bonus: Free self-service washing machine (and detergent). Dryer also available. Super convenient! Good value for money.

The room was not clean at all - there were bits of trash from previous guests, floor was wet, bathroom floor was wet and the room smelled very bad all throughout. The toiletries were wet too. The only lack of is the choice of breakfast. Mostly Sichuan style and most of it are not suitable for my 9 years old son. Suggest to improve to have international choice, at least with bread, sausage and coffee etc.

I arrived at 9:30pm and went to my room to find chaos on the corridor; other guests with no conscience or respect for others who think it is good to have groups of people in one room with the doors open between their adjoining rooms and televisions blaring and children running and screaming in the corridor with parents shouting after them, which continued until after 11:30pm. The breakfast was also exceptionally busy and noisy. However when I returned to the hotel later in the day the majority of people had gone and the hotel took on a completely different feel. It's rural location and large landscaped grounds helped to give it the serenity of which it was deserving. The staff worked incredibly hard to clean all of the rooms and yet still had time to bring small gifts to my room which I found when I returned. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the room was large and comfortable with a nice view of greenery. Great location for the dinosaurs and also easy to obtain a Didi to get to the centre of Zigong. . Also walking distance to the Qinglong Reservoir which has a 13 mile circuit for cycling and annual half marathon running race.
