"1) Triple room quit big, really enough for 3-4 persons. 2.) For the bathrooms, should do bit improvement for the cleanest especially should do moping floor (also inside the room floor), wash the bathtub when request to do the cleanest. for all the shampoo, bath gel, conditional should check & fill-up, because we have 3 adults & 1 kid to stay for 6 nights in the same room. 3.) Centralized control the heating air flow for cool weather, should allow guest to adjust the temperature inside the room so that not too hot. 4.) Good to mentioned that this hotel had provide the washing machine & dryer for the guest convenient. 5.) Morning breakfasts are overall good for families."

"Staff are helpful and nice. It’s my second time staying here. Everything is excellent! I stayed here for 7 nights. Tried 3 different rooms due to some technical reasons. Carpark is free. In a nutshell, this hotel is second to none in this city!"

"The front desk staff were really nice. My initially assigned room was a bit old, dingy and smelled of smoke from prior smoking guest and I ask to be changed, they upgraded me to a beautiful big room on the 11th floor with a spectacular window view of the city and hills & mountains. This hotel is conveniently located right center city close to everything like, shopping, street foods and restaurants, bus station 5-10 minute walk, market, grocery stores, banks, river, mountains and close hill to climb for a perfect city view and mountain views. The city of Yunfu is special with it's mystic peaks. I was there during the Chinese New Year celebrations. Loved it!! Thanks Yunfu Jinyu Hotel for a very comfortable, joyous experience and thanks to the service staff and the front desk staff that made me feel special. I will definitely return and tell all my friends. All the best in the Chinese New Year 2026."

"過年回家探親入住雲翔酒店，主打一個離親戚家近，交通方便。這家酒店以前已住過多次了，算是常客，也略知曉一些好和待改進的地方。 先説滿意的，酒店乾淨衞生，無異味。服務質量很好，大過年也有服務生在打掃，見面就問好，態度很不錯，換的毛巾墊子很乾凈。酒店隔音尚可，我不是對聲音很敏感的人，雖説除夕夜凌晨四點有人放煙花吵醒了一次，但畢竟過年喜慶也是人之常情，住了兩晚，睡的很踏實。晚上淋浴熱水充足水量大，洗澡體驗非常舒適。 待改進的地方：第一，中央空調。今年過年天氣比較熱，但中央空調無法制冷衹能開暖氣，熱的衹能關掉了。第二，這次住的房間排氣扇壞了，洗手間無法抽風，所以水跡無法及時抽乾，導致洗手間殘留有水跡不乾爽影響體驗。 總的來説，酒店的體驗尚可，但設施老舊程度不斷加深，急需修理，其餘的物有所值，對得起這個價格，在雲浮，平價酒店一抓一大把，希望雲翔提高自身競爭力。"

"A bit on the edge of town, the building itself is a bit rundown and parking spaces are a bit hard to find in evening. Service at check in was average. Room was big but sheets were stained ."
