"We are couple from Hong Kong. We found the location of hotel is excellent. All the staffs of receptionist counter are very helpful, nice & wih good attitude. They all willing & can give us valuable tourist information. Special thanks to Miss 吳， the Manager. She is outstanding. Also, the ladies of housekeeping also provided us high standard services. Just one thing to improve. The setting of cleaning stuffs such as bath oil, shampoo & condition are not user friendly. We don't have energy to press the bottle. Anyway, we will stay it again & recommend my friends to stay there in future."

"The hotel is very new and elegantly furnished. Due to low season, our room was upgraded. Location wise, the hotel was 1 km away from a Yaohan mall with a big supermarket and lots of food options. Breakfast selection in the revolving restaurant was good and we enjoyed our stay there. Hotel staff 小陆 was exceptional in her service and attentiveness. We are impressed with the hospitality shown to us."

"The location is ok, as you are in downtown, beside a shopping mall, with a nice view. The room is spacious, but the decor is old, and not well manteined. The staff is mostly not english speaking, and not willing to solve problems. I didn't know the underground parking was not free, and they didn't mention, So I ended up paying the extra fee. because the free parking is very limited. Breakfast is ok, but I expected better."

VVieraskäyttäjäThis is an absolutely beautiful boutique hotel with superlative service. If you like the typical hotel designs with false ceiling, random spot lights, brass hardware and short pile carpet, this is not for you. But if you appreciate quiet, subtle, tasteful and considered design, you won’t be disappointed. Every corner you turn, you will find a lovely piece of furniture, art piece or pleasant view of the outside. The room we had was spacious, relaxing and comes with a balcony. We didn’t even notice there was no tv until now.
The building is flanked by a small tea field on one side and bamboo and trees on the other. The tea house is a serene spot for reading or sampling local teas.
Service from the complimentary pick up (or drop off) car service to restaurant wait staff is top quality. Breakfast is Chinese style but very tasty with many local specialties. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant (where breakfast is also served) and it was fantastic.
There is an onsite shop and a gallery with coveted offerings.
Would love to return and spend more time here to detox.

VVieraskäyttäjäHad a surprisingly excellent stay! The hotel is in the valley surrounded by bamboo forests with ponds and streams, really enjoyed hiking and exploring around. The room had fancy amenities, very comfortable bed. Had a great dinner at the Italian restaurant, highly recommend the hand made pasta with porcini. The afternoon tea set in the other restaurant was also really nice also. Will definitely come back again with the kids for a longer stay.

早餐的搭配真的很喜歡，還有餛燉是阿姨自己包的 阿姨還很貼心的問我們鹹淡是否合適 ，擺盤和口感裏感受到滿滿的用心，坐在窗口邊曬太陽邊吃早餐真的超級治癒，吃完胃裡特別舒服～

KK._.BluemoonFantastic hotel! It made my visit to Yixing extra enjoyable.
The room looks exactly like description and very clean. The staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful, makes your feel like home.
The resort is huge but the drivers are always there to bring you around to other parts of the property.
The bathroom is so clean and smells nice all the time. Beds and pillows are comfortable too. It is really one of the best hotel I have stayed in.
Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant in the main hotel sets very high standard.
What a lovely room to go back to after a long and tiring day from 竹海 and 瑶湖小镇. By the way, it’s easy to grab Didi from the resort.

VVieraskäyttäjäI had a really good stay at Yaochang Hotel. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the overall environment is comfortable.
What stood out the most was the service — the staff were very friendly and attentive. They even personally brought me to the lift and took the time to explain everything about the stay, which made me feel very welcomed.
The location is convenient, and there is also a shuttle service (接驳车) that brings guests to the tourist centre (游客中心), which made getting around very easy and hassle-free.
The price is slightly on the higher side, but it is reasonable as it includes the entrance tickets, which adds value to the overall experience.
Facilities are simple but everything works well and is sufficient for a comfortable stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

TTengBeTrippingUnfortunately did not take any photos of the room. But I am impressed with the hotel in terms of amenities and cleanliness. Staff services is great too. Room was big, toilet is heated, shower is clean. Location wise, you will have to take a bus/didi to anywhere you want to go but the basic necessity are around the area, convenient store/food/mall all around 10-15min walk from the hotel

VVieraskäyttäjäStayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the end of December, I initially booked the cheapest room on the lowest floor but was upgraded to the danggui tatami room on the 2nd floor. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable with the window facing the central courtyard which gets full daytime sun in winter. The initial room I booked would have had the window and outdoor area facing the courtyard as well as the restaurant which should be noted if privacy and quiet is a priority for you. Additionally, the price is much better during off peak periods, around 4 times the price i booked when booked during the new year period onwards
Each room comes with a tea set which is quite fitting for appreciating Yixing culture and the seperate wet area for the shower and toilet was very comfortable. However, the soundproofing for the overall building is a bit bad as you can hear when people are climbing up the stairs or if the restaurant is full and people are celebrating/drinking.
The breakfast on the first day was a platter of side dishes with rice porridge which was quite nice and filling, while the second day was a bowl of noodles. Both were quite delicious but I would've appreciated more local cuisine featured like bamboo shoots and black rice but maybe it was off season.
Overall, I am very happy with my stay, the location is very convenient for a 1 day trip to the 3 main clay museums and old district!

VVieraskäyttäjäMy room at Manyue Hotel was very clean. The window opens slightly, so there was fresh air, and the room was bright and comfortable. There is a good blackout curtain, so it is pretty dark at night--great! The bed was comfortable, and has different types of pillows to choose from according to your own preference. The shower area is ”private” and separate from the toilet area--they are surrounded by frosted glass, so you cannot see another person--good when staying with a friend! Manyue provided slippers, robe, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and antibacterial hand soap, plus toothbrush kit, comb, and body lotion--very, very impressive for the price of this hotel! It's a good bargain.
There are a few places to eat nearby, but DON'T go to the restaurant across the street in the 1916 shopping center ! (It was recommended by the guy at the front desk.) That restaurant has terrible service--horrible service! The Korean-style bbq nearby was much better, and cheaper too. There is also a nice park about 1.5 blocks away--I walked there easily.
I noted that several Chinese guests did NOT pay a 200kuai deposit at the hotel. However, perhaps because I am a foreigner, I DID have to pay the deposit. However, it was refunded immediately upon my checkout--no problem. Very good.
Manyue Hotel is an excellent choice for a budget-minded traveler. It is a very good value for the price.
