Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Yibin

The service was excellent, Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The guy who runs the place went over and beyond. Before we left Chengdu we added the phone number and connected with him on WeChat. He helped check if our train (We bought tickets for Yibin) passed through the nearer train station. He helped to organize a driver for us from Yibin to the hotel. For breakfast the served simple but yummy bamboo noodles. Cleanliness I give them 10/10. The hotel is well maintained, super clean, even under the beds (we moved out 2 beds together). The bed was too comfortable. The pillows were super great. Had a beautiful 2 nights of sleep. The room was spacious. Location is great. A little away from the main area but close enough to walk there. the museum bus station is a few meters away (3 mins walk) and the cable car is 1km away. I suggest walking there, its a beautiful walk surrounded b bamboo. The guy who runs the place helped us to map the route to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again.

第二次來蜀南竹海，選擇了山裡羅羅，看評論是央視《此生要去的100個地方》選擇的民宿，之前民宿踩雷比較多，路上還挺忐忑的，沒想到山裡羅羅完全超出預期。預訂之後就有管家微信聯繫，幫忙預訂了景區門票，熱情的詢問到達時間、具體路線，還提醒有段路比較陡小心行駛。到達以後也是到大門口幫忙提行李什麼的。再説説房間，因為旁邊房間有人入住了，考慮到不要互相打擾，升級了房型，房間乾淨整潔，裝修風格也很棒，唯一不足的是由於房間是LOFT户型，冬天空調吹不到一樓，樓上樓下温差有點大。管家服務非常熱情，有什麼9問題都會熱情解答，提出的需求也都會配合滿足，其他的工作人員也是非常熱情，感受很好。重點要説一下餐食，非常好吃，本來衹準備吃一頓的，吃完馬上決定預約第二天的晚餐，很多食材是民宿自己種植的，特別是臘肉風肉和臘排特別好吃，早餐也很豐盛，有一個粑粑也很好吃，送的下午茶也很不錯，坐在院子裏吃點水果堅果，非常舒心。整體非常滿意，推薦！

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Shunan Zhuhai Xiuzhu Pingzhuang Residence for one night, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the owners, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality was truly exceptional—they were always ready to help with anything I needed, whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring my stay was as seamless as possible. The residence itself is charming and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. What truly stood out, though, was the genuine care and attention from the owners. They made me feel like a valued guest, and their positive energy added so much to my stay. I highly recommend Shunan Zhuhai Xiuzhu Pingzhuang Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I’m already looking forward to returning in the future!

The two of us who stayed at this homestay/hotel are in complete agreement that there are only great things to be said about it. I wanted a private space to drink tea and smoke ciggies, so I picked a room with a terrace. Upon arrival, the owner kindly upgraded us to another room that he said had a better view from the terrace. I’m not certain which room it was that we ended up in, but the view was incredible and the terrace was massive. We spent hours drinking tea and watching the clouds drift and the bamboo sway. The food was delicious! We particularly liked the “soft beef” something, which was actually a mushroom dish, and the pork belly with bamboo shoots. The light soup and pickles served during breakfast were also noteworthy. The kitchen staff were super friendly, and I got the impression that they are treated well. I enjoyed this homestay infinitely more than any luxury hotel I’ve stayed at.

I can say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in my life for its price point. First of all, the hotel is newly renovated, everything is extremely brand new and luxurious from the moment you walk into the lobby. The rooms are extremely clean and brand new, literally spotless. I am a person who is very particular about toilet cleanliness and I can say if you are someone like me, I can give you 100% assurance that this hotel has impeccable cleanliness. The toilet size is huge too. Even the bed sheets smells great too. I am literally not joking because my partner and I were shocked by the level of detail in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and their attention to detail was commendable too. During my stay, i brought my soft toy elmo from my home to the hotel because I can’t sleep without it. Because of this, during room service, I think the staff thought that we had a child with us and when we came back to our room and to our surprise the cleaning staff included child slippers for us haha. The staff even tucked my soft toy into bed for us. Funny and cute story but this just shows the professionalism of the staff. Adding on, you can wash your clothes at the laundry area as there are washing machines. The washing machines even had a schedule to show you when was the last time the washing machine was cleaned. Last but not least, the hotel even had a robot to send mineral water up to our room at night when requested. Highly recommended and I am already am thinking of going back to Yibin just to stay at this hotel regardless of its price.

我是一名跑步愛好者，慕名專程到宜賓三江口跑步打卡，宜賓合江門三江口確實名不虛傳，太美了，風景秀麗，燈光熣炫，目不暇接，沿江跑道完美而舒適，跑步體驗佳，不虛此行。星程酒店位置優越，交通方便，樓下美食眾多，離三江口很近。酒店房間乾淨整潔，佈局合理，設施完善，酒店服務員態度好，熱情周到，早餐豐富，入住體驗好，滿意！

The hotel stay was well worth the room rate charged. It has many update automatic facilities and at times could be confusing. The breakfast was basic and alright. No restaurants or coffee shops nearby.

I chose this hotel for its location in the old town. There is a snack street nearby plus lots of small restaurants. It is a ten minute walk to 合江门/ Hejiangmen. Breakfast and room were fine for this price point. Two things to note: 1. The main entrance was a little hard to see at first, you need to pass through what looks like a clothes shop first (see my photos) 2. Foreigners need to fill in an additional paper for at check in, including a contract person who can vouch for you in China. The hotel actually did call my contact person, to confirm I had entered China on the date and at the port I had declared to them at check in. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay.

一次非常滿意的住宿體驗，強烈推薦。酒店地理位置非常方便，去各個景點和商圈都很便捷。周邊也很安靜，晚上休息得很好。前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住迅速。看到我們帶着行李，有什麼問題諮詢，也都能得到耐心細緻的解答。房間比想象中還要寬敞明亮，打掃得一塵不染。床墊和枕頭軟硬適中，睡得很香，一覺到天亮。淋浴的水壓很大很穩定，洗去了一天的疲憊。早餐種類很多，味道也很不錯。這次入住物超所值，下次來這個城市一定會再次選擇這裏，也會推薦給朋友們！

The hotel is well located right in the middle of the Bamboo forest. The family that owns it is a great team. As a solo foreigner without a car it's difficult to understand how to explore the scenic area. The son was really informative, very patient and helpful and recommended itineraries for each day. He also explained transport to arrive at the hotel and at my next destination. The mother cooks tasty food with bamboo specialties. The father offers a transport service to take you to the different scenic area points and that was also very helpful. I recommend staying 2 days to appreciate the whole scenic area, and I recommend staying in this hotel. Thank you for helping me during my stay!
