"The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience.
We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending.
As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation.

"Rebecca Hotel stands out as one of the best hotels we stayed at during our 7-day trip. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly manager with refreshing drinks to cool down in the scorching 40-degree weather. The staff, dressed in elegant han fu attire, efficiently checked us in. The room was impressively spacious, complete with comfortable chairs and a large bathroom featuring a bathtub equipped with disposable covers.
The hotel's location next to Cai Wei Gu Chang made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area on foot. Highly recommended!"

I had a very pleasant stay at H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) and would gladly choose this hotel again. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to Pangdonglai, shops, restaurants, and public transportation, yet the area itself is quiet and comfortable for rest.
Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Even with limited English, communication was friendly and effective, which made the stay much easier.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed with a modern style. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the room was well soundproofed, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and complete amenities.
Breakfast exceeded expectations — a good variety of fresh and tasty dishes, suitable for both Chinese and international guests. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which was important for work and daily use.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, high service standards, and a comfortable environment. I highly recommend H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) for both business and leisure travelers visiting Xuchang.

Where to start?
What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I will improve my Chinese to improve our interpersonal relations. If I could, I would keep this place to myself. See you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ your friend 宝贵的

I am an American living and working China. I live the amenities and the caring staff at the Hongbao Hotel in Xuchang. A beautiful city should have at least one equally beautiful hotel. Xuchang has several that are nice, but I have really found the Hongbao to be impeccable!

Odotin vastaanottotyöntekijöiden tietävän vähän englantia. Kun saapui olin yllättynyt, että minun täytyy löytää tapa kääntää kaiken kiinaksi. Seuraavana päivänä tämä korjattiin, ja löysin, että he laittoivat työntekijän, joka osaa vähän englantia vastaanottoon. Myös, että tyyppi ja koko hotelli, olisi hienoa, että heillä on jotain rentoutumista ja koulutusta - joko kuntosalilla, tai SPA, tai uima-allas, jne. This is a wonderful property! The staff are very friendly and the location works very well for me. My only concern is that smoking is allowed in the hotel. I believe it is that way in all of China. I think Hotels should not allow any smoking but short of that, they should designate at least one or two floors as completely, not smoking. Cigarette smoke has been proven to be deadly to both the smoker and those people are around them. It is unhealthy and it just smells bad. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping and the security gentleman outside are all wonderful people and have made me feel very welcome here.

In general very nice hotel. Friendly staff besides no one could speak in English fluently (but they were very proactive and experts using translation apps and AI). Anyway, not so many foreigners in Xuchang. Cleaning is very good, they give you water and tea everyday. Breakfast is a lot of food, mostly Chinese but also eggs, omelette, bread and sausage. My negative feedback is that coffee there was not good, I think the machine and the grains are not ideal. In general very worthy the price but I believe the gym could be improved with one or two benches and maybe some essential machinery. The rest let me very satisfied and I even prolonged my stay. Staff is very happy what gives you a nice vibe!

It’s the best in the area conveniently located.
Being somewhat western in preference few things stick out. Remember to bring 300 rmb for deposit
Linen clean. Breakfast is good local food from black fungus to soup. Eggs - boiled or fried are available with toast, yoghurt, fruit and jam.
Room comfortable bit dated, carpets are needed replacing odd stains, under the bed was not cleaned in a while. Pool was under renovation.
Smoking it’s still acceptable so the smoke may be a surprise to non locals. No fridge in the room. Staff happy to organise ice. Best local eatery is left out the main door in the parking lot from 6pm good street food ask for cold beers.
