"We had the absolute best time here! The hosts were incredibly kind and made sure we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was always delicious — and vegetarian, which was a huge plus for my husband since he doesn’t eat meat. Before our trip, I had asked if they could help me arrange a small birthday surprise for my husband, and they went above and beyond. They got us the cutest cake, and it made the day extra special — we were so touched. The room was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of storage, so it never felt cluttered. We also appreciated the room service and bottled water, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was so spacious we were able to practice yoga in the room at the same time! The location couldn’t be better — just a one-minute walk to the geopark bus stop and ticket office, and equally close to snack street and local shops. Truly perfect! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This lovely family really goes the extra mile to care for their guests. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know! "Hotellin sijainti on näyttämöalueen sisällä ja vieressä kuljetusbussi pysäköinti, joten se on erittäin mukava nähtävyyteen. Moderni iso hotelli, jossa suuri levitys aamiaiseksi."

"Super lähellä pysäköinti sisäänkäynti ja ravintoloita. Erinomainen huone helposti yhteyden (tuo HDMI kaapeli) projektori katsoa elokuva. Paljon ilmaista pullotettu vesi ja ystävällinen henkilöstö. Kylpyhuoneen tilat voisivat käyttää hieman tarjous rakkautta ja huolenpitoa. Kylpy on hämmästyttävä, mutta super kuuma ja kylpyhuoneet ovat vain puuttuu viimeinen loppu kosketus. aamiainen ei ollut tyylimme; maissi kasviskeittoa. Sänky on hämmästyttävä, ei liian kova kuin monet kiinalaiset. Myös huoneemme oli itse asiassa tupakointi vapaa, toisin kuin monet muut “ei tupakoi” huoneita. Erinomainen oleskelu! Kuva on näkymä huoneestamme. Olimme yläkerrassa, huone suuri tubi."

"離岸上服務區一公里，羣山環抱，這個位置非常好。客棧的面積很大，除了有各種不同的房型，還有多個觀景台，上下都有石階或木棧道，林間漫步，非常愜意。這個房型是選的價格較低的，但房間面積很大，門窗的隔音效果很好，設施雖然一般，但打掃的比較乾淨，觀景視野也很好。客棧的服務響應速度很快，想多要兩瓶贈飲，沒幾分鐘，直接送來了6瓶，客棧的飯菜味道也很好，上菜速度快，量也大。總之，客棧的整體狀況符合我的預期值，如果來雲台山住宿想在露台看山景的話，還是比較推薦的。"

"พี่เจ้าของดีมาก ที่พักอยู่บริเวณ Anshang service คือจะเป็นแหล่งที่พักแหล่งของกิน ที่พักมีทุกอย่าง พกไปแค่เสื้อผ้ากับโฟมล้างหน้าพอ มีจอโปรเจคเตอร์ให้ดูหนัง มีอปก อาบน้ำครบ มีที่ให้กดน้ำ อยากได้ความช่วยเหลืออะไรบอกพี่เจ้าของได้เลย ตอนเช้ามีบริการอาหารแบบท้องถิ่นคือพี่เขาจะพาไปทาน อยากได้อะไรจิ้มๆเลย เรากับเพื่อนเอาน้ำเต้าหู้กับปาท่องโก๋มา แต่โดยร่วมดีมากแม่ ดีโคตร ถ้าไปอีกก็จะไปพักอีก ขากลับตกรถก็ได้พี่เขาหาแท้กซี่ให้ เลยได้กลับไปอย่างปลอดภัย 😆"

However, room service is average, likely due to understaffing. Additionally, the room telephone was not functioning, necessitating guests to go to the front desk for assistance. This can be particularly challenging for foreigners facing language barriers. The hotel is situated outside of the town, making it difficult to find a taxi. For guests seeking specific dining options, such as halal food, it is challenging to locate these through online apps, requiring a trip into town. This, coupled with the difficulty in finding a taxi, adds to the inconvenience."

"Clean and very easy to access National Park bus. Quiet at night time (local community area). Owner is so kind to help overseas tourists even we can’t communicate properly in English. Room is big and comfy."

"Service was wonderful. The ladies at the concierge were always friendly and offered us hot tea whenever they spot us sitting at the waiting area while we wait for our cabs. Breakfast was fabulous. Very tasty with a wide spread of variety. Room was big and clean. There's also a Halal restaurant right next door which also offered good dining options."
