"這是我去烏蘭察布考試訂的一家酒店，入住的全程讓我切實感受到了一個國際酒店應有的舒適體驗和周到細緻的服務，首先説下環境，房間乾淨整潔，尤其是早上和下午太陽照在房間裏氛圍感十足，而且房間裏的設施都很齊全，值得一提的是房間裏的枕頭床墊比我住過的所有酒店都要舒適，枕頭應該是慢回彈記憶棉款，對於時常失眠的人來説真的很重要。其次早餐方面，飯菜可口，種類也比較豐富，餐廳環境乾淨敞亮。最後，就是服務方面，前台小哥人很好，態度温和，有禮貌，服務周到，而且下午預約了高鐵送站服務，還給安排了專車接送，至此整個入住服務體驗形成了閉環，希望下次再來不是為了考試，而是為了再次體驗這樣周到暖心的服務和感受烏蘭察布的城市文化魅力。祝願酒店會越來越好。"

"My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sparse, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher."

也有不盡人意之處：前台辦手續時專門給工作人員説不要4樓，因為頂樓上有機器會產生噪聲，但他們謊稱頂樓沒有機器不會有噪音。出於對維亞納的信任我住進了4樓。結果收拾完準備睡覺時才發現很大的嗡嗡聲，還有電梯的開關聲。趕快聯繫前台派了一位師傅查看，這位師傅很負責又很專業，馬上瞧出問題所在，給我調換了房間，當晚睡的很好。感謝這位師傅，我會一如既往的給維亞納點贊，下次還會選擇維亞納。"

"They have nice Mongolian buildings around the corner. When we arrived there, we asked for a non-smoker room, yet the room stinks badly and there was a bug in the bed.
I asked the staff and they promptly changed the room. The new room was better but it still stinks a bit.
Breakfast is all Chinese foods and they taste good, but they’ve got good Mongolian milk tea and cakes as the best part of it.
Overall experience was good but could be better if the room smells better."

VVieraskäyttäjäWe went there to stargaze but that didn't work out cuz the sky was cloudy, and filled with smoke from all the fireworks we and everyone else were launching. I thought I would be disappointed not being able to see the stars and milky way on a new moon but my kids and I had a blast launching celebration balls and other colorful fireworks, and dancing with the locals around a bonfire. Super festive place! And, there's horse-riding nearby.
If you do come here for stargazing, the hotels in this area make it too bright for stargazing unless you have a car to drive further to deserted and unlit places.

YYanyYanThis hotel is excellent ,I can't find any flaws. So far, it's been the best stay I've had. The room was clean, the service was great, and the breakfast was a delightful .I especially loved the design of the separate toilet and basin, which meant I didn’t have to wait for someone else to finish. I’ll definitely return to Atour Hotel for my next trip .

VVieraskäyttäjäThis place is perfectly situated within the Wulanhada volcano park. It is 2 mins walk away from the 北游客中心. You can take the tour bus to get to the accoms if you are not driving.
The hotel design is unique and looks beautiful at night. Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful! They have a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. If you are lucky, you can see the fireworks while having dinner and sheep outside your door in the morning ❤️

VVieraskäyttäjäThe room was fairly comfortable and the service was really great. But we kept finding little beetles in our room which made me so itchy at night when sleeping. Also I don’t think they cleaned the floor because we found fake eyelashes and old contact lens on the bathroom floor which was very nasty. They have a washing machine available which was very convenient especially after spending a day in the volcanoes where it’s dusty and all our clothes were dirty. Breakfast was alright…typical inner Mongolian breakfast, nothing special. There’s actually no volcano view but it didn’t really matter much. We were on the second floor and it was nice to be up there. I wish they had better soundproofing windows because every night there’s fireworks and they were so loud and went on until midnight. With a young child, it was impossible to sleep early. Overall, the service was really great!

My problem was the extremely high temperature in my room. I couldn't adjust it at all, I was sweating all night. I don't know why some hotels in Inner Mongolia (I never experienced this in Yunnan, Sichuan and Shaanxi) turn on the heater so much.
The other disturbing thing was the lights that automatically turn on as soon as I set a foot on the floor. I see no need of such things, they just keep me awake. If I need some light, I can turn it on myself.
The town seemed to be pretty dead, only one shop was open at 7 pm. It wasn't so far away, so it's all right.
Anyway, it's a hotel that accepts foreigners without problems, so I'm glad I stayed here.

AAnxious but kindYou can get to the hotel by taxi from Wulanchabu station, but be ready there are no cars back. Take care of your back route in advance.
The owner is super nice person who helped to get to the volcanoes and was solving a transportation issue for me, as I came to Inner Mongolia without a car 🫣.
The room was very nice. The house is located on the edge of complex with extraordinary view of volcano 3. I saw different animals from windows: cows, sheep, camels, rabbits, horses and birds. It was a great stay. The room was clean, the host is super nice, the volcanoes are incredible. It was warm in the room, you can also ask for a heater. Water was hot in the boiler, coffee and water were for free. Loved my stay, will come again.
