My overall experience at Hotel Kuva Chateau was pleasant, though I was a bit disappointed that the pool is closed during winter and only open from May to September. However, there is a public pool opposite the hotel where you can pay NT 100 to enjoy a nice swim and hot spring. The location is excellent, with a very clean and well-maintained park nearby. The hotel itself was clean, and I particularly liked the bathroom, which featured a spotless bathtub.

First time experience in a car motel in Taiwan - reminded me of one I stayed before in California. It’s interesting but a little poor in terms of reception and service. There isn’t any proper reception counter. Check-in time at 6pm was too late. They were inflexible in extending an hour late checkout too. There is no proper breakfast - meal is served in your hotel room which you need to order a day ahead and earliest timing is 8am! The food wasn’t hot and the options were pathetic. We were rushing to take HSR so we had to skip breakfast on the first morning. They didn’t even offer to provide any exceptional service to compensate that. Mineral water was limited to 2 bottles a day. They would not give more. Cleaning of the room is at an additional NTD$500 per day but luckily they did clear your trash and change towels without additional charge. The reception was very unfriendly in my opinion. They were not service-oriented at all. If you drive on your own, it’s a good place to consider staying. Rooms are big and comfortable. Doors cannot be locked from outside - they kept the keys for you - which means you can’t leave anything valuable in the room. The walk to Taoyuan HSR is 25 mins. It’s manageable if the weather is great. Accessibility to Gloria Outlets is great though. The best thing was of course the distance to the airport which was just 15 mins drive.

It was a very comfy place to stay. With all the amenities and free breakfast. But if you're not into their dish, you can order through Foodpanda. And convenient stores are nearby to buy your essentials. You had to be mindful that local people dont understand English. So bring Google translator with you. Overall, I recommend this place to stay.

Super clean, spacious, & beautifully decorated in a minimalist style! Brand new building, so everything is new & modern, including plenty of electrical outlets. Shower is huge & has a door to separate it from the rest of the bathroom, unlike many in Asia. Really nice toiletries, free unlimited bottled water, &and full-size fridge/freezer in the lobby where you can store food, meds, or chill your drinking water. We stayed twice, one week apart, & the bathroom rugs were cute & different both times. Some noise from the traffic, airport, and nearby construction is audible, but easily drowned out with some white noise. No food nearby, but you can get something before you leave the airport and they sell cookie/cracker/chip type snacks in the lobby. Or, of course, use apps to get things delivered. Convenient location 2-3 subway stops from the airport (depending on terminal), then a 10-15 minute walk along a mostly flat path. A swivel carry-on size suitcase was able to wheel along on all 4 wheels except for a couple places where it got tipped onto two wheels to get up a curb or over gravel. No sidewalk most the way, but a wide enough shoulder you aren’t walking in traffic - though I’d still

Big and spacious room, hotel provide free round trip shuttle service from airport on their fix timing. Room Are spacious with 2 kings size bed. Nothing on surrounding of building. 7-11 and family mart about 3-4 minutes walk of 2 crossing. As we visited during the rain season may not be so convenience to walk over. Hotel provides water dispenser on every floor. Water pressure is weak (we staying on 6th floor) may not easy to get a taxi but hotel can help to book 1 if you needed.

Enjoyed my stay and one of the best breakfasts I had so far. Very convienent 10 minutes away from the station and 5 minutes from the Night Market. Room is very spacious but has minor cleanliness. TV is accessible to YouTube. The rooms are all very interesting so you won't be disappointed!

Englanninkielistä ”Xinshe Hotel” -kylttiä ei ole, joten sen löytäminen kesti muutaman minuutin kaatosateessa. Kyltti sanoo ”新舍Discovery”. Ensimmäinen kerros, jos rakennus on toinen hotelli, joka heitti meidät pois. Tulet sisään rampilta aivan merkin edestä. Sisäänkirjautuminen tapahtuu 30. kerroksessa ja huoneet 28. kerroksessa. Yksinkertaiset ja perusmukavuudet, mutta siisti ja hyvin hoidettu. Se on loistava ensimmäinen tai viimeinen yöpysähdys ennen lentoamme TPE:stä.

I stayed at the Sheraton Taoyuan hotel for one night before an early flight and it was a great experience. The hotel offers a free shuttle to both the airport and the MRT which made transportation extremely convenient. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. my room was clean comfortable and well maintained. overall I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel. I’ll be staying here again next time 

This hotel has 4 buildings, the room is big and the amenities are good. Its gym and swimming pool and breakfast area can accommodate a big tour group.

Location is very convenient, hotel room & sitting area very spacious. Beds are comfortable & rooms are big. Amenities are sparse, no hand soap by sink have to walk into shower stall to use soap. One 1 sachet of tea for each guest. 2 bottles of water. 2 thin bath towels, 2 hand towels.
