"Convenient location to the train and bus stations. Car rental places are nearby. Route 8101A and Express A (ferry harbor) bus stop is not too far from the hotel if east coastal attractions and the Green Island are your destinations. 8101A departs once a day at 8:30 to major sightseeings along the coastal highway in a cruise ship style ride with 30 to 60 minute stay at each attraction and then returns to the departure stop in a close loop. Express A to the ferry harbor in 20 minute ride with a 30 minute bus interval."

"Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost. The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable. The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay. The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time. The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi. The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated. Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services."

"Breakfast at this hotel is good, the dishes are fresh and delicious, especially their bread and cakes are tasty. But the location of this hotel is not so good, if you don't have your own car. This hotel is distant from many tourist spots, and the mass transportation in taitung city is not so useful. So if you don't drive your own car, you'd better find other alternatives."

"Location was 8min drive from station. It was the newest and most modern hotel in zhiben I feel. It could be 5star standards. The hotel comes with the hot spring which was a really good highlight of trip. I try hot spring in zhiben out in town and it wasn’t better than the hotel’s. That’s how nice it was. Breakfast was repetitive. Can be improved with more varieties for consecutive days. Room was perfect. Clean, big and comfortable bed. This is my first and only choice to stay in zhiben."

"Pool was under maintenance during the period of stay. Location though at night market was still a distance away from railway station. Taxi fare abt TWD220. There was hotel shuttle service but no clear instructions on how to book in advance. Info not available on trip.com. Concierge staff did not readily offer the service also. Was told only available to members. Not for 3rd party booking. Am disappointed. Room was spacious. 2 queen size beds. But toilet and bathroom were small. Head will hit the door if I sit at toilet bowl and lean just a bit forward. The bathroom door hits the rain shower head, so if not notice, and open the door with force may break the glass door. Yellow lights in the room were very dim. Make ambience cozy and classy but very straining to the eyes. 2 out of 3 laundry machines out of order. Laundry powder did not dispense from vending machine. Hv to change coins at lobby when laundry is at 6th floor. Overall, not quite up to expectations unfortunately."
